The Cleaning Authority in Tucson

Lilly and Anna did an excellent job on the house this cleaning cycle. Well pleased! Polite and professional!

I used the Cleaning Authority for several months, then gave up on them due to some disturbing things. First, you never know who is going to be coming to clean your house, so you canâ t establish any kind of relationship with them. If they are coming in when you are at work, that kind of anonymityâ strangers in your homeâ feels uncomfortable. More disturbing was an event when I noticed that one of the cleaners had several boils on his arm, one quite large. When I asked the person about it, they replied that theyâ d been in the hospital for some time being treated for a serious systemic Staphylococcus infection. When I pushed a little, they said they had an infection of MRSA (Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus). MRSA infections can be spread by simple skin-to-skin contact, as well as from things carrying the bacteria. They can cause sepsis and be fatal. When I talked with the company owner/manager about this, she became very defensive and belligerent, insisting that it was not MRSA and that the employee was not infective. I found her response inappropriate, I did not trust her, and it left me with an overall feeling that she does not do her due-diligence with her employees.

Never cleaned under anything. I had to ask them to pick up. The area rugs to clean underneath them. Instead of cleaning under anything the would mop around them. Wiping off the counters they did the same thing, never picked up the toaster or anything on the counter to clean. After mopping the floor, it was gritty and felt dirty. Someone needs to teach them how to clean. They never dusted my blinds or my things on display.

They did a nice job on their 1st visit. They also have a quality control system where a supervisor visits to make sure cleaning is moving according to plan.

the work was professional and fast. The house looked wonderful. I will have them back on a regular schedule. A very good experience

We had a very chaotic family/work schedule in Tucson. Flexibility in scheduling, either to add a service or move an already scheduled cleaning made our lives so much easier.

The two gals that did the job were really nice and they verified with me towards what I was looking for and they were fun and really nice to work with.

We had them do work for us at our old house and they did a marvelous job for us there.

The team was fast and everything looked good. The floors are sticky in areas which I hope will improve after next cleaning. We had team #20.

Competent, on time. Need to direct for certain areas of cleaning.

Very clear verbally and in print what to expect with each visit. Company auditor visited to review service right after 1st visit. A follow up call several days later to ask further about servixe level. Great stuff! Only suggestion is that home workers have some uniform with company name and first name badge.

2 very friendly gals came to the house on-time. However, I expected a much more thorough cleaning for a house I am selling. They did OK, but did not meet my expectations. A bit pricey for the quality of the work.

While they were very nice on the phone, the job was not done well. This was supposed to be a move out deep clean but they barely surface cleaned. They did not clean the oven, the range hood, the top of the refrigerator, the bathtub. They broke several items and moved my camera so I could not see inside the apartment. I was charged for 2 people for 2 hrs which I find hard to believe given the work done. I live in a studio apartment that was completely packed up so there was not much space to clean. I would never recommend them.

I have used the Cleaning Authority for several years. Even though I have never had a face to face meeting with any of the staff, I never ever had any qualms about them entering my home while I was at work. On the rare occasion something didn't go as planned the Cleaning Authority was quick to make it right.

We were very pleased with the quality of the clean as well as the professional approach to cleaning our home. We liked the cleaning crew and their happy outlook, appreciated the quality control inspection and all in all, had an excellent experience. We are definitely keeping them as our ongoing cleaning service.

Good job for first time deep clean. Very professional. Communication with this company is a bit convoluted, however. Looking forward to using them in the future.
