So far, Im very pleased. I really like their "rotation" approach, so different things het extra attention each time. The folks are friendly & work hard, and if I have a question or concern, "management" is very responsive.

The Cleaning Authority Summit has been transformative for our family. We were always skeptical about cleaning services because finding someone ourselves, doing interviews, checking references, and managing schedules felt overwhelming and time-consuming. I called Michelle and Matt, and they came to our home the very next day. They clearly explained the options and pricing and made the entire process incredibly easy. Since then, they have been extremely reliable. They always show up when expected, the app makes it easy to keep track of upcoming cleanings, and both Michelle and Matt are very responsive by phone, text, and email. We only had one instance where an area was accidentally missed. They immediately took ownership and fixed it right away, which really showed us the kind of business they run. We are very happy with their service. Having a cleaning team we can trust and depend on has made a real difference for our busy family. I am so glad they are here to provide the help we need!

The service provided is a good value for the cost paid and service is always very quick. Over the past year of using them for our 2 bed 2 bath townhouse, they are usually done in less than 90 minutes (sometimes less than a hour) depending if 2 or 3 cleaners come. They do a good job doing a general clean of all areas which is sufficient for what we pay. Deeper cleans in focused areas are advertised to be done on a rotation, but overall there is not much noticeable difference between which areas were focused on. The quality of the clean does depend a bit on which cleaners show up, which means sometimes cleanings are a bit inconsistent. Regardless, the general clean that is done aligns with what we pay for. We always also appreciate the flexibility that is provided for scheduling and the responsiveness of all messages we send. We are happy with the service and plan to continue with them.
