Tina and Raeven did an exceptional job in cleaning a house where an eviction had just occurred, especially cleaning two bathtubs and shower enclosures which I thought were a lost cause. In addition to their superb work, they were always polite and friendly.

The pitch was great the delivery was TERRIABLE! They did not do what I requested in the quote. I wanted a new home clean wipe down doors clean shower walls, wipe cabs and inside closets, drawers etc. Mop floors, I guess I should of said use a WET MOP! Use a WET RAG! On the doors and shower walls! I still have to pay their bill and I did 4 hours of the cleaning they should of done. TERRIABLE SERVICE!

They did show up on time and did a good job, except the bathroom floor wasn't washed because there was a large sticky spot in front of the sink. The problem was that they weren't truthful about the cost. It was supposed to be $35/hour, and I was told that I would be paying for only the amount of time it took the two women. This is a two bedroom, two bath condo, about 1100 square feet. My husband and I are elderly (69 and 72) and keep a fairly clean place, so there wasn't that much work to do, mainly the floors and bathrooms. I was told I would pay a maximum of $122.50 (because they hadn't seen the place yet) and was then charged $180.00. I returned home about 2 1/2 hours after I left and they were gone, so I knew the $180 was unreasonable. I appealed the charge through my credit card company, and only then was I reimbursed $57.50. I will not use this company again because even $122.50 is way over the amount I consider fair for a place of this size.

Cleaners did not do a good job. Surfaces tag that they supposedly cleaned were stained with grime. When I contacted customer service, their response was to try to blame their poor service on my family. DO NOT USE if you are not available to supervise them and make sure they actually get the job done.

Deed a great job with a move out cleaning. They made our place sparkle! Very happy customer.

Friendly and thorough.

Difficult to get "guarantee" for specific items to be complete in a specified time. Window tracks were only 1/2 done as cleaner person never opened the windows to clean the other side. The company wanted more money to come out and complete the work. Overpriced, only sent one person to clean entire house. 2 people should have been sent...but certainly not at $40 per hour per cleaner!!!

Fast adequate service

They cleaned my house.

Initially, I was not pleased with the results of their cleaning. There were several obvious lapses in the "deep clean" for which they were engaged. The customer service and attention they have given to my complaints, however, has been exemplary, however, and I think they have redeemed themselves, accordingly. I would highly recommend the Cleaning Fairies on that basis alone.

Three lovely ladies showed up on a terrible rainy day and did a fantastic job cleaning. I was very impressed with the work they did. I would hire them again and would highly recommend them.

The Cleaning Fairies were fast to get me scheduled and get my place cleaned. They did a great job, and I will be calling them back next time.

They came at the last minute whe I needed help due to a death in the family....they were the only one out of multiple calls to other businesses who would even consider coming with such short notice. The cleaning was good, but could have been more thorough in the bathrooms and kitchen. I am sure that if I would have had time to explain what I wanted, their work would have been excellent. I would use them again, and am grateful that they agreed to come.
