The Cleaning Ladies

Bad experience. Initial conversation was pleasant and they accommodated me on short notice. Unfortunately the house clean was sub-par. Owner originally told me that included in their clean was "make beds" but then when the cleaner was on site she said they "do not do duvets". They did not make any of the beds. Additionally, I was told up to 3 hours of cleaning time, the cleaner stayed for about 2.5 hours and did not do the best job. There was drywall dust and dirt left on the floor that I specifically asked them to clean up. I asked the owner about this and she was quite rude and dismissive. I expressed to her that telling people you make beds but not also mentioning they don't do duvets is a bit confusing. She said that in her 10 years of running the business no one else has ever been confused by this. Terrible customer service, asked for a partial refund due to things not being completed and the owner ignored the question. When I sent a photo of the missed area she never responded.

I hired this company for a deep clean. I have not used outside cleaners before. Denise and Jeremy came to my home and I am beyond satisfied. My house smelled so clean and looked fabulous. I am now going to have them come monthly to keep my home fresh.

I was delighted with the customer service, efficient and friendly. Denise took the lead and was excellent at letting me know what they would do. She even offered to replace a lightbulb, once I apologized for not being able to reach it. I am very satisfied with their work and am happily enjoying my clean home!

They take on the challenges that come with cleaning. Friendly,informative,,and willing to go above expecttations.

Unlike these positive reviews, I paid for a pre move in clean up. The â crewâ was one person. They came on two different days. Apparently we found that the hot water heater had broken so there was no hot water for the cleaning. Multiple surfaces (toilets, sinks) dirty and window sills still dusty. I cannot recommend them at this time. owner is intervening to have the cleaner call me to fix this but we are moving in and itâ s a too late. Was told the expectations I had were limited due to the fact the home was vacant but the work done 24h earlier had nothing to do with occupancy because the home is now occupied.

The Cleaning Ladies did an outstanding job. Very professional and personable. Our kitchen and bathrooms never looked better.

I appreciated the quick turnaround to get a cleaning done at my home. However, I scheduled two cleaners and only one showed up. She arrived over 45 minutes late which meant I had to leave my house to go to work, trusting that she would actually show up. I made the mistake of paying cash in order to save money from using a credit card. This gave me no recourse when I was unhappy with the cleaning job done. The person that came to clean spent way too much time on some baseboards, and thus skimped cleaning important rooms like the kitchen and bathrooms. When I arrived there after work, expecting her to be close to done, she was nowhere near done and had called in a friend to help - not a professional, not even employed by this company. This friend bought her *therapy* dog into my house where I had my cat. My cat was understandably stressed! Also, who brings a dog into someone's house without permission?! I called the manager and she made her put her dog into the car and she left soon after. I was still waiting a couple of hours later for the cleaner to get done and finally sent her home. I let the manager know how unhappy I was and she sent out another cleaner to do some jobs the other person simply did not get done. So, they did try to make it right with me. However, I feel I paid far too much for the actual work done and the quality of the work. OH, almost forgot, the first cleaner took off my glass shower doors and then could not get them back on right and broke apart doing so! Seriously? I truly believed all the rave reviews and perhaps there are other more professional crews but that was not my experience with them at all. Based on this, I am sorry but I cannot recommend them as a cleaning service. I will say the manager responded promptly and did try to make it right, and the second cleaner who came was much better. But the overall experience was simply not a good one.

First time ever hiring a service and I am so glad I did. Not only did I save myself some time but they were completely worth what I spent. On time, courteous, thorough and professional. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future!

A very hardworking professional crew!

I hired The Cleaning Ladies for a vacant home move in and vacant home move out cleaning. I was happy with the move in cleaning and the landlord and I were both happy with the move out cleaning. Communication was fast and easy and they were flexible when there were changes to plans.

After remodeling our basement, there was so much drywall dust everywhere that it looked like a blizzard had gone through there. I called, they came out that day, and I m a few short hours my basement was shiny clean!!! Absolutely recommend!

Kelsy and Jennifer did a great job. This is really going to be a great help to me.
