Unfortunately they came out and looked at our office space to place a bid for services, but elected not to bid. I guess they could not meet our needs. That's ok though at least they were honest. But I suspect they would have been very expensive.

Reliable and consistent, so we can recommend them to others; however, we would have liked a little more attention to detail lke baseboards and fingerprints on doors and entries. Perhaps we are too picky.

I got a request from a realtor I work with to arrange to have a house cleaned. When the sellers moved out, they left it a mess, so the realtor wanted to have this done for his buyer. I had less than 2 hours to get in there to clean it. I probably contacted 5 cleaning services & Cleaning Pros were the only ones that could provide some quick turnaround. They were responsive, able to take the realtors payment via credit card (which was a plus), and followed up to let me know they were done. I will definitely use them again!

They were short staffed...... In addition windows were not cleaned very well. I had them back out. However, I'm still not satisfied.. They are quite expensive for their service.

Toby arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning my windows, screens and sills. He was very polite and business like and although there was a problem with some very large screens, he did his best and it all came out to my satisfaction.

I was pleased with overall project. Quick answer to my first email, good follow-up and insistence to talk to me (lots of missed calls), then quick meeting to get estimate. The 3 ladies who came to clean were very good, nice, and did a great job. (Kim, Paula and..?) I would like to Keep Kim and Paula as my usual contractors. I hope this will be feasible. I prefer to have the same people coming over so they know my preferences. Thank you. Viviane Peux

The ladies were very nice and respected our home. However, after further inspection of the services rendered, I must say that the dusting part of the job leaves a lot to be desired. The blinds looked as if they were hardly touched, and the entertainment center into he family room looked like it never was dusted. I did not see these items prior to signing the "satisfactory" line because the kitchen floor was wet and I did not want to step on it until it was dry. Other than that, they did a good job. Saved me time and allowed us to do other things.

Very satisfied with the Cleaning Pros. Great website, professional handouts, and the owner/staff was friendly/professional as well. They even saved me money by recommending cleaning on a bi-weekly basis vs. weekly basis. First cleaning completed and 5 days later the house is STILL clean! Everything they said would be done, was! Will continue to use and recommend to others.

I only had them clean for 1 hour, so I understand they were not able to do all that needed to be done. However, I feel what they did was rushed and some of it was done poorly. I would have rather them focus on one room, or one thing and done a really good job then do a little of everything and do it half way. They cleaned a ceiling fan in one room and left all the dust and dirt all over the floor so it was messier then before they got there. That did upset me a little. There is a lot to be done at my house, and they tried to do as much as possible, but I still feel that 2 people working for an hour could have done a better job. Thanks
