This company is so efficient. They were able to come to my house in just a few days after I called. They cleaned and cleared my garage that had nearly eight years of unwanted items plus all the things that accumulate in a garage over time like leaves. It cost a fraction of what I was prepared to spend, and they finished in a half of an hour.

<p>He did really well.  We had a lot of normal everyday dirt build up in the carpet, which is over 20 years old.  We purchased the house 3 years ago and haven't replaced it yet.  </p> <p>-The initial visit was great, he actually under-promised and over-delivered, which is always great to experience from the customer perspective.  I thought I had purchased a certain level of service coverage in square feet and he ended up doing much more than I thought.  </p> <p>-He also went out of his way to address a special concern I had, which did cost him extra time / money in the situation. </p> <p>-I sincerely appreciated his level of commitment to customer service.  </p> <br />

Service was great, especially for the price paid. i had purchased a deal through Living Social. Scheduling was easy. I called, left a voicemail, and received a call back within 24 hours. I would definitely use this company again. <br /> <br /> The only issue I had was our appt was at 9:00am. I requested to meet earlier, but that was not possible. And due to traffic (which I already knew was very bad), they were about 40 mins late. I called around 9:30am, no answer, and left a voicemail saying that I would only wait 15 more mins. I received a call back immediately apologizing for not calling me that he was going to be tardy due to traffic. He had not saved my phone number the last time we had talked.  <br /> <br /> Either way, the carpet cleaning worked so well, that this one issue does not prevent me from using him again or referring him to others. It has saved me from having a replace a room of heavily stained carpet.

Most members of my family suffer from seasonal allergies. So I usually have my second floor carpets cleaned in early spring and again in the fall to try and reduce the amount of allergens in my home. I felt that my last company did not provide a satisfactory job, so I decided to try a different company this year. I arranged to have my carpets cleaned by The Cleaning Source (Carmel, IN). The staff arrived on time and completed a pre-inspection. It was determined and clearly explained that it would be a good idea not only clean the carpets, but protect (Scotchgard) them as well. Typically the cleaning job for my four rooms and hall last about 35-40 min. However, given the extra attention to detail provided by the staff, this job lasted an extra 15 min or so, but it clearly showed in the end result. My 5 year old carpets looked and felt like new again. They even removed a tough spot (for a minimal fee) that I didn't think was possible to clean. <br /> I'm happy to say that The Cleaning Source is now my go to carpet cleaner.
