Jon was the plumber that came to my house. He was in time and did the work in the same day. We had water coming out from the ground and was thinking it is from the septic. He said he will like to try to fix it. Give us a price and he start digging. Could not guarantee the work but so far I have no water in my backyard and hopefully it will last.

Called Clog Dawg about my elderly mothers kitchen sink that wouldn't drain. Hoped that they could hydrojet the drain to clear the clog in a 63 year old plumbing. Steve inspected the drain system and advised replacing the whole drain system due to age and size of drain pipe. Gave me a very reasonable price on replacement and even installed a new commode. Kyle & Freddy did a great job along with Steve and Kenney on replacement of pipes. I was amazed at how much clog there was in the kitchen drain (40 feet and all solidly clogged). I highly recommend using Clog Dawg for your plumbing issues. Professional, friendly and all around great service.

We have been thoroughly impressed with The Clog Dawg's commitment to doing only what's needed (not more) and doing it well (very professional). From answering the phone directly (not getting an answering machine), answering questions, and being willing to come as soon as possible, the relationship feels more like a partnership...with both parties having my best interest in mind.

I currently live in Valdosta and had a rental property in Acworth, which I rarely visited. I have had the pleasure of using Clog Dawg on more than one occasion, the most recent was for a disrupted drain line INSIDE my foundation. They did not waste time and gave me updates as the work progressed at the end of each day. I will tell you that they are efficient, professional, and are thorough with the tasks. On previous tasks, they have even taken extra steps, to be able to better explain their discoveries to me. One example was when I needed a regulator installed on my water supply line going into the house from the city, when the pressure was too high. Before maintenance began, a baseline of data was taken, with a picture that was sent to me, before work started. This was absolutely what I needed to be reassured that I got the right man for the job. If you dont use them, youre doing it wrong and losing. In conclusion, if you dont know who to go to, this is the first and only call you need to make.

The plumber was super-efficient, troubleshooting the toilet and fixing things I didn't know were broken. And he was also generous with advice, explaining everything to me. I will recommend the company to my friends--and enemies. :-)

Great service and showed up right on time. My hot water heater needed to be replaced one a Sunday morning, so I was looking online to home advisers and Steve called me eminently and explained all my options and said he could load up the new hot water heater and head over now and replace it. We agreed on a price and he showed up an hour later and one hour after that he was finished and leaving. Fair price. Great job and no surprises. As a consumer I couldn't have asked for more. Very professional and charged me the agreed upon price. Any plumbing problems, Steve will be my first call!

I have used Clawg Dog twice before and they are fabulously responsive. Today they totally outdid themselves, though when they showed up within an hour of my calling regarding a leak. They got three guys out here (the owner, Aaron, and David) and had the leak repaired and two toilets fixed (that were causing the leak) within an hour. They are all very polite and conscientious as well.
