Adrienne designed my two closets exactly how I explained I would like them to be. Iâ  m thrilled at her designs and the installation. I could not be happier! Fabulous work!!

Awesome process! At the time the supplies were very bad but they were upfront with telling us the process and a real timeline. Honesty is the best policy! We recommend they to others and will do business with them again.

I did not choose them because they were almost 20% higher than their competitors. Ms. Rivera was excellent and worked very hard to close the gap.

Awful customer service! 8-10 weeks turn around time upon signing a contract with 50% deposit. Multiple design errors leading to longer project completion time. Poor response from managers and saleswoman. Customer service requires max improvement and project errors were very amateur. I would never use them again.

They came in to take apart the closet and I called back again to set up a date for them to come back to fix the closet and they told me December 3rd would be best because they were too busy. The date comes around and these people did not come, neither did they apologize for such unprofessionalism. I had to change my whole schedule because I was expecting them to come today, so I lost a lot of time and got nothing in return. I got in contact with the designer and he said that he had never received anything which clearly was an excuse because I had spoken to him before and told me that exact date. This is truly unprofessional, and will never use this company again. Horrible service.

Expert workmanship. Very satisfied with the final product. Excellent value for the cost.

First clue was when they gave me the wrong day and time for the final measure. When they came for the first install, they brought glass doors instead of wood and no pop-ups for electricity. A month later they booked the second install appointment and called the day before to remind me. I called the morning of install to make sure they were bringing the pop-ups for electricity and they said they did not have the doors in the building. They had to get them there and paint them. Why and how do you make an install appointment when the items are not even in the building? The second install was for the pop-ups for power. It was then the experienced rep discovered all 7 drawers had the wrong size rails and the drawers were just laying on top of the rails, not secured. He said it was very dangerous and said do not use them until they are properly secured to the correct size rails. With all the heavy hanging files I had in them for a month, it is amazing and fortunate they did not fall out and crush my feet or worse. After over five months, tomorrow is the 3rd install for the correct doors and now re-install the 14 rails in 7 drawers to keep them from falling out of my $10,800 unit. I hope that will be the last install but hope is not a strategy. Call California Closets.

I contacted Jeanne Hessen to help organize our garage. She was very quick to offer good, usable suggestions. The outcome was terrific, so we also talked to her about renovating our master walk-in closet. Through her professional design, we now have much more storage and oodles of drawers! The crew doing tear out, paint and construction on both jobs were very professional and a dream to work with. Jeanne was a pleasure with which to work and readily available for any follow-up necessary. I highly recommend Jeanne and The Closet Factory for any storage projects you can think of!!!

Everything went really smoothly. When I hire someone I note every little thing. Mark Sidell from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale was amazing. The design process was really great and the installers did beautiful work. The relationship with COSTCO was really comforting too. We knew that we would get a quality product at a very competitive price. We are very pleased with the workmanship. My husband worked at a furniture factory for a while and he was really impressed. And the garage floor is gorgeous. Much nicer than my neighbor's garage floor. After seeing ours he was very unhappy with the company who did his. Very highly recommend Mark and Closet Factory. Our designer Amy Mendez came highly recommended to us from a good friend of ours who used her. She raved about her so we had high expectations when meeting her. I will say she did not disappoint !! She came in and was so professional and guided us in the right direction with what would work best for our closet spaces. From the beginning to the end she stayed in contact with us and even came to check everything out once it was finished. The customer service she provides is superb!
