Mr. Chapman performed outstanding work! In fact, there was a tiny crack in the laminate that only he saw. He came back with new laminate and performed another installation. All at no cost. We certainly would hire Mr. Chapman again for our next project in the early fall.

"They are the best clients, very loving, caring, and giving couple. They deserve what they paid for, and they paid for the best. I could have did a simple repair and walked away in an hour, but thats not what they paid for. Instead I came with another 5 x 12 sheet of laminate, removed backsplashes, custom heavy duty ss sink plumbing, and strip the laminate off the entire counter top, re glued it, router and filed it, re installed the back splashes, sink, plumbing, and re caulked it for them. I was there all day. For future clients I treat everyone the same way I will stand behind my work and taker care of your needs. they are not just clients to me they are family now."

"I didn't do any work for this customer so he shouldn't even rate me, he was shopping around for prices and evidently he couldn't afford a real carpenter, he didn't believe me what these arbor kits cost just for material, so with that being said he research them and found out what I told him was the truth. I told him he should look for a handy man and take it from there. buyer beware when you hire a non professional that doesn't carry insurance, and warranties their work and materials for a year and lien waivers, and don't pay their taxes. I do, and I charge accordingly."
