We love our new stamped concrete backyard patio. We will definitely hire The Concrete Company for any future projects, and we have already recommended them to our friends.

We had a driveway that had previously had been mud jacked (which failed) and was crumbling so bad it was a serious trip hazard. Troy from The Concrete Company came out and did a quick assessment of the drive, gave us a very fairly priced quote. A few weeks tore out the old drive (and walkway) and poured a beautiful new drive! He was prompt, efficient, true to his word, and the end result was beautiful. I highly recommend this company and Troy!

My driveway repacement project could not have gone better. Started on time and ended in less than a day. Handoff from crews working demo to pouring and finishing was flawless. Except for the shinny new driveway and caution tape stretched across it, no one would have known that it had been an active work sight earlier in the day.

Troy is a wonderful person to deals with. Made everything work out with the whole project including changes that we made just prior to our appointment date. Also had Alex working very hard with the team that came to our house and explained different choices we had to pick from so that we would be happy with the service and over all completion of the work. We had a 2 car garage floor, double car driveway and a large section of patio done in the back yard and it was done in about 1 full day. Over all I think this is the best choice for everyone to call and use this concrete company for all your projects. Thank you so much for a wonderful finished product.

The Concrete Company was fairly priced and within the ballpark of other estimates. Troy was willing to come out three different times as our project scope changed. They worked with us as we installed underslab lighting system and were careful not to knock over our conduits. The foreman had us check on the work as they formed it up, and made modifications as they were identified without grumbling. The owner came onsite to check the formwork, and he was onsite during the pour. They did a great job finishing and stamping. Afterwards, we had one sprinker head that had been missed and one sprinkler pipe that had been cracked, and they were very responsive and sent guys out to help us fix it. They were helpful when we asked them questions about completing our lighting system, helping us find the best grout for the project. I would recommend, and our neighbor liked the work enough that he had them pour his concrete as well.

The crew showed up on time and did the work quickly. We had a few problems and as a result we received a partial refund.

They punctured a waterline and our patio is already cracking. Response time was okay so far. The waterline was fixed and still waiting to hear what they will do for the 3 foot crack.

The work they did matching our existing patio was great with the stamping, but the color match seems a bit off. My husband will pressure wash the new concrete walkway and see if he can remove the excess coloring. They worked quickly and efficiently, but forgot to take on of the 2x6 boards that we will have to cut up to get rid of. Yes, I could use them again.

Wonderful experience! Reasonable price but better than finished early, great communication, Alex the owner was awesome, his crews were awesome and Troy arrived on time for the quote, every stage of our project was professional and exceeded my expectations ! I love my new patio and walkways!!!! Highly recommend!

We had 3 other companies come out and give us estimates on a concrete patio we wanted replaced, but we were quite impressed by The Concrete Company and the thoroughness of the sales rep who came out. Not only did he answer and explain my many questions, Troy was very patient and concise in his knowledge of the quality of cement used; noting the posts of an upper deck and how they sat on their own cement supports; keeping the design and helping with color options. But most importantly, they showed up on time with a large crew and removed the cement, disposed of it, and framed, and poured the cement on the same day. The owner of the company came out later in the morning and worked along with his crew and doubled checked with me on the design we wanted. We were so happy that it only took one day to get the cement down and stamped. They came out the next day late in the afternoon making sure cement was ready to be sealed. It really alleviated any further inconvenience to our neighbors by getting it done so quickly and to ourselves as they did not drag out the job. They did a great job cleaning up as well. They are quite efficient, and conscientious about doing an excellent job. We would not hesitate to hire them again, and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Mistakes were made and they were unwilling to fix them.

Decent enough concrete work. Done on time and seems to be holding up well during the1st month. Communication, however, below par. Multiple calls to clean up after job. Wound up doing most of it myself. Seemed to have lost interest after payment. Suggest withholding some $$$ until job meets your satisfaction. Lady answering the phone seems to be most conscience employee in company.

They did not complete the job. Twice he said he would be back and did not show up. Paid for job not completed. Drill leaked hydrolic fluid all over the sidewalk did not clean up.

Hard working. Completed job before due date. Communication was a little fuzzy at times. Company over all seems eager to please.

ON TIME AND GOT THE JOB DONE IN ONE DAY

At the beginning of November 2018, we hired The Concrete Company to do a second job at our residents. And while I am very satisfied with the concrete job (despite a few footprints), my issue is that they cemented around the valve cover for our sprinkler system and now it cannot be accessed. After rescheduling a visit twice, Alex finally came out on November 30th and confirmed this was a quick job his crew could do to fix it. He advised my husband and I that they could do it the following week on Tuesday after they did a job in Parker. On Tuesday, December 4th no one showed up to edge around the cover for the valve box. On Wednesday, December 5th, I called and texted Alex and received no response. I followed up again on January 2nd with a voicemail and text. I sent another text on February 4th and have not received a response. So, while the crew that did the work is excellent, unfortunately, it is very disappointing that this quick fix has not been resolved.

They were in and out in 1 day. The team was professional and serious about getting the job done.

Alex the owner was accommodating and easy to work with. The work crews were very friendly and courteous. The overall worksmanship was very good except the stamping was a little rough. The final clean up was very good. I would hire the Concrete again when needed.

I will recommend The Concrete Company to everyone I got a lot of compliments for my concrete ! The price was resonable and the guys dis good job ! Took only 2 days and dream came true! Thank you Alex !
