We had our kitchen countertops installed on 4/11/22. I couldnâ t be happier with the product and the service that we received. When I first walked into the store, I was treated with professionalism. When I went to pick out the slab, they were very helpful. When it came time to measure and make the template, Kevin took his time and paid attention to detail. They went above and beyond to make the counters look great in our kitchen!!!

Easy to work with, arrived on time, good quality work.

My wife and I had our kitchen countertop replaced a few weeks ago and a short time later we found some areas with chips in the top. I called and they sent a repairman to fix the chips. The repair was fine however we found more chips recently and requested another repair. I called and expressed my concern to our sales rep Tanya. She put the operations manager Kevin on the phone who was rude from the start of the call telling me I signed a contract and that is how the countertops are. In all of my life, I have never been spoken to by anyone so rudely. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone who is looking for countertops. Kevin would not discuss a resolution to the problem in fact all he did was hang up on me. The following day my wife called and guess what Kevin hung up on her. Beware if you ever need service. Tonya told me the owner would call me so far that has not happened. The manufacturer informed us to deal with the store and believe me I will next time.

This is one FANTASTIC company. From the time we walked in to the store to time the last installer departed the house it was an amazingly successful experience. Tonya was the first person we met, she was extremely professional and so very knowledgeable, helping us decide the right material for our jobs. Started out with just the kitchen but, when we found out we could get this job dine for about 60% of what HD and Lowes prices, we had them do the Master Bath Vanity. Everyone we dealt with was Professional, Courteous, Attentive and very Skilled. The install was done yesterday and it is BEAUTIFUL! They made is so simple, they take care of everything and didn't nickle & dime you to death with all the add on's that HD and Lowes as well as another did. They even scheduled the plumber's and tile installers. All we had to do is sit back and watch. Thank you Tonya, Larissa, Kevin and Scott. You have a lot to be proud of! Steve and Nandy

Great experience. No charge, in-home estimate. One visit to the store to pick out material. One more home appointment to accurately measure and a 4 hour remove and replace. Very professional from start to finish. Highly recommended.

I like the Countertop Store. Knowledgeable people and reliable service. So far so good, but the actual install has not been done yet. Scheduled for March 26.

The entire group who met with me from the administrators Pam and Tonya, to the sales person Steve, to the great installation team all did a superb job. They were all very positive and professional and represented their company well. New countertop, sink and faucet looks terrific and it was done at a fair price. Pam was very easy to work with and did a GREAT job of showing us the various tops available.
