reliable job but difficult to get hold

I had difficulty getting in touch with and communicating with the company. I called to confirm the appointment about 5 days ahead of time and never heard back. Tried to call the day before and mailbox was full so I had to send a text which I did get a response. I thought my appointment was at 11 but then found out it was from 11 - 1. Contractor was almost 2 hours late and not prepared to do the work that day. Agreed to have work done the next day and then showed up 45 minutes late. Work completed was great! They did a good job. Cleaned up after themselves. Provided options to me and explained things well. Rating would have been higher had it been easier to confirm and arrived on time.

I had originally wanted an estimate, but they went and did a service call instead. It ended up being a lot more work than just redoing a wall switch, but the president was courteous and explained what needed to be done. Top flight all around
