The Crescent Builders

We received the free inspection which included pictures of the outer roof and in the attic. The info was submitted to their office by the men that did the inspection, to receive the estimate. All sounded good. They arrived today as scheduled. Remove all of the shingles and then proceed to tell me that this is the worst roof that they have seen and that it really needs to have everything removed and replaced at an additional $35,000. Then they could do something else at an additional cost of $18,000. Finally the lowest price adds half the cost of my original estimate to my bill. I am stuck. I have no shingles on the house at all and the foreman is telling me I have to have all of this done to get my certifications. If the people that come to give the estimate or review the pictures can't tell what damage there is then maybe they need to send someone that actually puts a roof on & knows what to look at. They have not finished the job at the time I am writing this so no final.

I contacted via Angi website. From the beginning they were very cordial and informative. Our roof was more than 15 years old. Whatever questions I had, they answered promptly. One person was assigned to me- his name was Hafiz. He sent me estimate then explained to me the insurance. This company will give warranty for 50 years. Hafiz explained how they will work. He contacted HOA and city to get the roof work permit. Then on the day they replaced the roof, I was at work. But Ali constantly updated me with pictures and even roof top video. Punctual and professional. No hidden fees. For payment- I preferred wire transfer but they do provide various modes of payment. I have uploaded a few pictures of their while at work. They also cleaned after the work. As you can see they had the area covered with plastic sheets. Thank you for the smooth work!!!

We hired The Crescent Builders to replace our old, leaky roof, and they absolutely delivered. The crew was professional, showed up on time, and finished ahead of schedule. The new roof looks fantastic, and we’ve had zero issues since. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable roofing work.
