Lawn & Yard Waste Clean Up
Dakota is a young entrepreneur with some learning to do about customer service, primarily in the area of communication. Once I agreed to hire his company, his return calls were not prompt nor were his arrival times. His workers got involved in a fist fight (later I was told it was n fun) in my front yard, causing me some discomfort. I reported it to Dakota and he agreed that it was unprofessional. The work was adequate, without tsome of the extra touches that previous yard clean ups included. Dakota came at the end to finish up the job left by his workers, and offered to inspect the property with me. I think when he learns about promptness and helps his workers learn to work in a professional manner, he will have a good business going. He is young and will grow!
