Customer service was excellent. The replacement of my deck steps was finished in two days. The entire repair process was completed in a professional manner. The job site was cleaned up, everything explained. I highly doubt Brad Jackson and his crew from the Pittsburgh Deck Doctor.

Brad is a hard and competent worker. He replaced boards on my deck, scraped, powerwashed and painted . He also painted an exterior wall for me. I would heartily recommend Brad. I know that I can call him anytime and he will return my calls within 24 hours!! He is RELIABLE, TRUSTWORTHY and HONEST!!!!
