I hired The Desert Flower to clear desert rock and level a space to lay a concrete pad and then assemble a Roughneck Shed. The following is my experience with this company: Communication: The Desert Flower������������s communication is excellent. Laz the owner and foreman answered the phone promptly every time I called. He answered all my questions and called me back in a timely manner concerning those questions that he needed to research. Flexibility: After the concrete slab was poured I decided that it would put the shed too close to the house. This was my fault I told them where I wanted it and they were only doing as instructed. I called Laz that night and we discussed doubling the length of the slab and he agreed to have his crew lay a 2nd slab. Of course I had to pay extra for this. Timeliness: Because it rained it looked like it would put the project a day or so behind. But Laz had his crew work on a Sunday (no extra cost) and the project was completed on time. Work Ethic: This company has the hardest working crew I have ever seen. These men know what they are about and are no nonsense professionals. No extra breaks, no downtime, no goofing off. These guys are very serious workers. Work Crew Attitude: I had questions along the way as the project progressed and everyone on the crew was very kind and helpful. These men are very nice people that really care about their customers. Quality Of Work: Laz is an excellent foreman with old world standards. He inspected his crews work every step of the way and questioned me concerning my satisfaction with the progress of the project. Their work is high quality. I was pleased with the finished product. Cost Of Project: The Desert Flower is a bit pricy, but they deliver on what they promise and they do fine professional work. Even if their bid was higher, I would use them again because I trust them to get the job done right. I feel that I was well treated and that I received a fair deal. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for any type of home project. They bring honesty and quality work to the table, so if you value these qualities as I do, they are worth the price.

They are great for restoration, however, it would be great if they would finish when they say they will. They are very easy to get a hold of.
