"You were charged $125 per job, not per hour. Your math wouldn't even pay minimum wage! Why you thought differently is beyond me. Your husband did call and let me know we had missed dusting a table. I told him I would rectify it the next day. Unfortunately I had to go to NV. My Father was put in ICU. He passed away and I stayed for the funeral. I had left a message explaining that to you. I am sorry if the death of a parent isn't a reason to miss an appointment to you. It was important to me. Had you called me back I would have taken care of the issue. Nobody called me back so I assumed you didn't want my services any longer!"

"This was a post-construction cleaning, there was dust everywhere from floor to ceiling. The ducts were not cleaned. In a situation like this, often times as soon as the furnace kicks on, dust quickly accumulates. There was a "final walk through" done, at which time a $40.00 tip was given to the cleaning crew, with a "Thank you for doing such a good job". I gaurantee that the service is done and done well. I don't gauarantee that 3 days later it will still be clean. In this case, I got a call 3 days later from one of the women who owned the home, who wasn't there at the time of the service."

"I have a satisfaction gaurantee. My technicians don't leave a job until the homeowner is happy with the service. In this case the customer gave the technicians a tip, which indicated to me a good job was done. I always want my customers to be happy but, need input when a technician didn't do a job satisfactorily. I can only deduce when a tip is given that a good job was done. In this case, I retrained the tech on proper floor care protocol. I agree, when paying someone to do a job it should be done properly, which is why I appreciate this rating, without which I would never have known there was a problem."
