Service did ok the first week. The 2nd week three people came and cleaned for 1hour and it was suppose to be a 6 hour job. House was not clean. Requested them to come back that day to see the problem areas .They made appointment for the next day and did not show up and never returned. The worst service I have ever had.

"You were charged $125 per job, not per hour. Your math wouldn't even pay minimum wage! Why you thought differently is beyond me. Your husband did call and let me know we had missed dusting a table. I told him I would rectify it the next day. Unfortunately I had to go to NV. My Father was put in ICU. He passed away and I stayed for the funeral. I had left a message explaining that to you. I am sorry if the death of a parent isn't a reason to miss an appointment to you. It was important to me. Had you called me back I would have taken care of the issue. Nobody called me back so I assumed you didn't want my services any longer!"

One Time Interior House Cleaning
They did a superior job. They gave me helpful cleaning tips to make the job easier when I do it myself.With 4 dogs and a cat in the house I have a lot of pet hair which they did a great job removing. I have hired them to clean my Mother's home on a recurring basis and will use them on my home as well. I give them 2 thumbs up.

Detailed, Clean Cut, Professional, On Time and freindly. They did a great job and the technician helped me move furniture out to my garage at no charge! I will use them again.

"This was a post-construction cleaning, there was dust everywhere from floor to ceiling. The ducts were not cleaned. In a situation like this, often times as soon as the furnace kicks on, dust quickly accumulates. There was a "final walk through" done, at which time a $40.00 tip was given to the cleaning crew, with a "Thank you for doing such a good job". I gaurantee that the service is done and done well. I don't gauarantee that 3 days later it will still be clean. In this case, I got a call 3 days later from one of the women who owned the home, who wasn't there at the time of the service."

One Time Interior House Cleaning
They were polite, professional and ON TIME!! The price couldn't be beat. Excellent service. They took their time and were very detailed in what they did. I was very pleased. When they finished they had me check and be sure I was happy. One thing that stood out to me that definately put them in a different category in my mind, is to offer a free cleaning for my Mom who has cancer. When I mentinoned her condition they gave me a coupon for one free cleaning. Who does that? I am very happy with them, would recommend them to anyone and have decided to use their service weekly.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
They team came in professionally and got right to work. The bathroms and the kitchen were well done. The windows and window sills were cleaned and also looked good. But their detail work was not good. They appeared to move more things around rather than actually clean them. And the floors in the kitchen and bathrooms were not well done at all. They did not sweep or mop the corners well and I had to go back myself and clean all the spots that had more build up. I will admit to being picky, but if I am paying someone to do a job that I can do myslef, I expect it to be quite well done.

"I have a satisfaction gaurantee. My technicians don't leave a job until the homeowner is happy with the service. In this case the customer gave the technicians a tip, which indicated to me a good job was done. I always want my customers to be happy but, need input when a technician didn't do a job satisfactorily. I can only deduce when a tip is given that a good job was done. In this case, I retrained the tech on proper floor care protocol. I agree, when paying someone to do a job it should be done properly, which is why I appreciate this rating, without which I would never have known there was a problem."
