Gravel or Loose Fill Paving Install, Spread or Scrape
Only contractor who responded to our admittedly odd request. Our family cemetary needed three graves leveled and gravel added after they had settled. Very professional and prompt to show up. Our job is not complete yet, but we know he will do a good job. I will send pictures when complete.

Concrete Foundation Installation
Put in the fence and took all the left over fence that I paid for instead of leaving it for me. Was there everyday until I paid him for the project. He does not give you anything in writing of the costs and it keeps changing. Says he is going yo through something in and you end up paying for it. He put base down for the drive and told me he was going to roll it in and never did I ended up paying for a roller to do it my self. Once I paid him it was like pulling teeth to get the project finished. He sub hires people to come do the project and tells you it will be done in 2 months and then it takes 3 months to do it. He has them only work on the weekends to save him money. Tells you one price and then drags his feet and then comes back and tells you it will cost more now because the price went up over the past month. Does a poor job. Had to go back behind him and clean up his messes. Says he has other jobs after you pay him instead of finishing the job he was already paid for.

"Project was finished in ten weeks, with all the rain we received. Cleared land, hauled off 22 ten wheel loads of trees, built two perimeter fences, two pipe rail/panel fences that were (Not in original bid),with a gate, but since they were facing the road,I thought they would look nicer. Built a shop with gun room, lights/outlets. Built a Carport on my dime. Graded & put in a driveway. Trenched & put in wire pole to shop. Wknd crew to stay in his budget. Job came out great, have pics/proof.."

Retaining Wall Installation
Lance exceeded my expectations! He and his crew built 2 retaining walls for us and we're totally satisfied with the outcome. I'd definitely recommend MacDonald Construction, LLC for large scale regrading and retaining walls! And Lance is a very friendly guy!

Some jobs are apparently too small for Lance to be concerned about. Even though it was the last step in our plan with Lance. Never could get an answer on our gutters, so we had to move on. Unfortunately that meant appointments, estimates and finally picking a Co. This should have been the contractors job. As agreed.

Seemed reluctant to take such a small job as ours at first. They eventually got us into their schedule and I have to say the wait was worth it. Top notch work and they cleaned up after themselves. Except for the new concrete you wouldn't know they had been here.

Barbed Wire Fence - Install
Lance removed a POORLY constructed, half-finished fence left by another contractor, and installed 2100' of new barbed wiring farm fencing and a 16' gate in 3 days. The new fence is of excellent design and construction quality. Lance and his team were immediately responsive to our needs, clearly explained what should be installed and ultimately gave us exactly what we wanted for a fair price. He demonstrated deep experience, professionalism, confidence, integrity and ability. His company has a wide range of construction skills that we are planning to take advantage of for our building plans over the next several years.
