Sent an email to this company and Ryon responded the same day. Hired them via email, install took place 4 days later. Juan the installer was professional, efficient and did a great job installing my storm door. Will be hiring them again for another project. Highly recommend The Door Guys!

Called Ryon to have him install two interior doors and replace two (turned into three) exterior doors. Can't say enough good things about Ryon and his installer! Firstly, Ryon came to remeasure for me and then suggested a different type of door for my pantry. I'm really glad he did because I love my new "fold-back" door. It works great in the awkward hallway space I have; I'm so thankful he suggested it. He put the door information into to Tri-Supply and I called to place the order and pay it myself. I have to say, I really like this approach. I did, much to my chagrin, order the wrong swing for one door. I didn't pay *any* attention to the order form (doh!) but it worked out great. My garage needed a new entry door, so Ryon agreed to install the "wrong" door there instead! Meanwhile, I reordered the correct door and Ryon sent his installer back to put back in the last one. Whew. Installer worked quickly and did a great job picking up after himself. Left my home just as they found it, albeit with better doors! Exceptional communication (email and phone.) Competitive pricing. Will hire them again to install a new front door when the time comes.

They don't stand behind their work. We hired the The Door Guys based on the fact that they claim to do one thing well --- install doors. Last year we replaced the entry door to our garage. We bought a slab door at Home Depot and paid The Door Guys $200 to install it. The man who did the work trimmed a little off the side of the door (not needed) and then some off the bottom. In doing so, he gouged up the side and cut the bottom totally unevenly. We were not happy with the work and had Ryon, the owner, come and look at it. He agreed the door was poorly installed and also pointed out that the hinges had not been properly applied. To his credit, he bought us a new door from Home Depot and installed it himself. It seemed to be done correctly, but only 3 to 4 weeks later the door started dragging. We called Ryon and wanted him to come take a look and remedy the situation. He told us he does not warranty installation of doors unless they are prehung and showed no interest in coming to see what we were talking about. (Maybe this was because he had already had to re-install the door once but it isn't the customer's fault if an installer doesn't do his job right.) We were very disappointed in his response, as well as his apparent lack of concern about the quality of the work. The question is, if they hang doors so well, why don't they warranty ALL their work? Seems they are only confident in their expertise when they install prehung doors. And by the way, they WILL try to convince you that you need to buy prehung whether you do or not. (We had a number of installers agree that we did NOT need a prehung unit.) Had we known they would not stand behind their installation of a slab door, we would not have used them. We have learned our lesson. Always ask about a work warranty before you hire someone. I will say again, if they are truly experts at this one thing, they should stand behind their work --- and if something isn't right (prehung or not), they should be willing to remedy it free of charge. Now we are going to have to pay someone to fix The Door Guys' problem.

The Door Guys are responsive, professional, courteous, and do an excellent job. My last door installation was done by Home Depot and was the door that the TDG replaced for me because it was improperly sealed and water sealed in the frame and rotted the wood. The attention to detail and quality of work of the installer (Juan) was incomparable. The installation was a bit more expensive but was still an excellent value. I would highly recommend (which I do not give lightly) TDG.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of my door installer. He was very punctual and demonstrated excellent time management. I was informed that install would take 2 hrs when it only took 1 1/2 hrs. I was kept informed of all aspect of the install, even some potential issues that were handled very professionally. There was some minor sheetrock damage that can easily be fixed that was not noticed until after the install was completed and the installer had already left my residence. My only concern was not being informed of the damage and having to notice it myself, upon my own inspection. I saved $342 from a previous quote given to me.

Byron walks you through the entire process. I must admit that I am new to home repairs and was a little gun shy about the entire process but found Byron's professionalism and patience very appealing. He put me in touch with an excellent door salesman at Lowes and both of them offered great advice to help me along the way. Byron kept me informed of all that he was doing to ensure that I was comfortable with the installation. I was very pleased with the work as well as the clean up when he finished. When Byron stretched his hand to thank me I hugged him! I thought the service was top notch!
