Very friendly, seemed a bit rushed (maybe overbooked) which led to a few things not getting done. Overall though, they did quality work quickly and had great communication.

For the job I hired them for they did a very good job. They are hard-working, motivated, and they listened closely to what I wanted them to do. They did everything I needed and boy, they really kept at it. These young men have a great attitude and work ethic. This is the second time Iâ ve hired The Dream Team and I will hire them again. The yard looked wonderful when they were done. They removed dead lilac s, moved and placed a yard of shredded bar and a yard of pea gravel and installed a pet fence to protect new plants. They took care of the waste material as well except for branches I asked them to leave that I wanted to use in my outdoor fireplace.

Lawn & Yard Waste Clean Up
The contractor severely underbid the work (fall yard cleanup) and did not have the proper tools for the job. They ended up using my truck to remove yard debris and I had to take time off work to take them to the transfer station. I ended up paying double for the work and was not completed to my satisfaction. The other contractor was less and had a thorough bid. I will end up having to complete the work myself or hire someone else to finish. They trimmed bushes in rock beds but did not remove all the debris. Did not remove weeds, overgrown/dead plants, and trees in the main rocked area. Did not do a satisfactory job paying attention to detail.

"I am sorry you had a bad experience we strive to provide the best service as we had originally underbid a lot but the work we see looked a lot less then what actually had to be done and the hours Our team had to put in was double what we originally estimated and Our crew put in free hours to finish the project and you had stated you were satisfied with the work we did as we never leave till the customer is satisfied and said you would call us back to lay the fabric in the spring. We did your project for half of what the job cost in order to provide the service we promised. Any other company would have charged 2000 to 2500 once they began also. there was an extensive amount more work than looked like. a simple weed pulls up and fabric in flower beds and some rock removal turned into a lot of digging out of the weeds and dead grass and we also worked through the rain to finish the project. again om sorry you did not have a good experience as we thought you did when we left."
