Dwayne was great! We had to reschedule our first appointment but he made sure to get ahold of us to get another appointment scheduled. He explained everything he was doing and showed us before and after photos. He also explained steps we can take to save money in the future! Best of all there service was reasonably priced!

The tech showed up over an hour late and had a woman sitting in his van the whole time. He told me that he was not one of those *bait and switch* companies, yet when I told him how much his coworker quoted me for the work he said he was upset with the guy as he is done that multiple times. The whole thing felt gross. Then once he finally started setting up, he told me he would clean all my vent covers - that never happened. He did take them all of and strip the screws though. The amount of dust throughout my house now is terrible. I have spent the past two days cleaning and recleaning. I have also changed my furnace filter twice because the gobs of dust were not removed from the vents, just kicked up. I had gobs of dust laying around each return vent he took the cover off of. He did not put back on the majority of the vent covers. He also did the dryer vent and not only left all the dust laying in my backyard (he said he was cleaning it up but did not) but also broke the flanges off my dryer vent cover. At one point he asked if I could tell how much cleaner the air was. I said no because there was so much dust floating in the air. So he told me, oh that is clean dust and it will settle. Once it did, it was all black. The tech showed me how much he vacuumed up it was hardly anything. Which makes sense because it was all sent back into my home.

Dwayne did an incredible job, it's like a whole new AC system!!
