hired to clean ducts and replace UV light. started 6/15/10 finished 9/10/10 - 3 months later. always some excuse

"Dennis, a nice security worker on call & nghts: Ducts cleaned promptly 1st day due to his sensitivity. He was unable to keep several appointments he/wife made. On other drop-by attempts, he was either not home or not answering door/phone. He was not available on any week-end appointment we made until the last of his scheduled appontments, almost not kept, except I made return trip after his wife made a panic call that he had been sleepin when I left message for an unanswered phone call announcing my arrival. I believe Dennis is focusing on the difficulty I had locating his outdated "UV light" for a difficult installation done by a competitor"

He was 1hr late even after he changed the appointment from 1pm to 10:30am, I called multiple times to get an ETA he said he didn't recognize the number so he didn't answer the phone & I left messages. He arrives at 11:30am & tells me its 10:30am according to his GPS. He had to go to the hardware store to fix his faulty equipment. Due to the amount of dust, it didn't appear that he was using a HEPA filter so my Dad and I had to step outside. He asked for a cash payment & even offered to follow me to an ATM to get the money. After calling my dad to monitor things on this 9hr job he took my check payment. He did thoroughly explain info about the ducts & pics of his findings.

"Pre-arranged 1 hr. arrival window w/ cust. on a Sunday. Re-setting to an earlier apt. time d/not change that arrival window. Cust Mistaken: Equip. does have Hepa. Unnecessarily, replaced vac. switch due to several faulty elect. outlets in home. Cash paymt requested due to questionable appearance/behavior of cust's visitors. Cust's comments appear t/b retaliation for perceived displeasure of working in this bio-hazard repo acquired by cust(breathing was diff). Cmmts only sparsely mention the extensive work 11:30 to 7:00 (less 1 hr lunch) 6.5 hrs needed to clean more ducts than customer advised of without add'l charge. Immature eval. &feedback"

Thank you very much for the great job you did and the things that you pointed out to make my heating and air system more efficient. After dealing with Henry and Air care out of Las Vegas for 5 mo on a cleanable house filter and many disputs on replace or shim up the too small filter. I would not even start another converstation with this man. He talks in circles and he measured the filter and is still not right or even close. BEWARE! TJ

"This customer is a nice individual, however, her expectations are unrealistic. Her original review of my services was a 5-STAR rating (and rightfully so, as it took extra effort to clean this neglected system). Customer down graded my rating because the filter manufacturer cannot promise a snug fit to the corners of her filter housing. This is standard in the manufacturing process. Ordering her another filter using the same demensions will not guarantee that the finished product will be a closer fit on the borders. There is little I can do to control the outcome. The filter works as is, she simply wants it to fit tightly from border to border"

He contacted me immediately and scheduled the project tomeet my needs. Very happy with the professional results. He still has not delivered the new filter that I paid him for. He also forgot to take a charger which he said would pick up later. However, I was impressed with his work ethic.

Customers' home also in an obscure area of her development, necessitated her locating us after some looking. It was a very pleasant experience. I got the service the very day I called for cleaning. Though they were a little delayed, but I was informed the approximate new arrival time. Two gentlemen came and covered the important areas. They worked on each and every outlet with manual vacuum and then with special brushes including the main source of air intake. They took extra time and effort to clean hard spots, provided ideas how to keep the floor vents clean. Finally, the vents were deodorized. Because of my special request, I was shown the dust, particles and �stuff� those came out of the vents. Thanks Rug Doctor, now I don't dust every two days.
