The techs were great. But dealing with the AI bots was problematic. Also, someone/something from Eco scheduled a Saturday appointment. Only to be told on that Saturday that you don’t do Saturdays.

Eco installed the water hookup line from under the sink in our kitchen to the intake nubb on our refrigerator. Matt did an excellent job, keeping the area clean and performed in an experienced manner. We also signed up with their annual membership as the offering with that would be ridiculous to ignore

Nightmare experience with these guys -they?re extremely unprofessional. #1 Sales team didn?t inform me of all my options for HVAC repair. Promised I?d be taken care of when furnace went out in the dead of winter but they couldn?t get out to see me for another 4 days without heat. House got down to 40 degrees!! #2 Technicians informed me that what I wanted to do involving Furnace and AC replacement would be an upcharge.. management consented but they would have to come back a separate day to finish#3 On the day they were supposed to come back the never called or showed up? I was never put on the schedule. They had to come back again #4 They finally finished furnace and Ac replacement.. but I called for a plumbing issue a few weeks later. And they called to say they could no longer make it out to me? reschedule yet again! And even though I paid for their membership it?s not showing up on my account People have lives that they put on hold to take the day off of work, will NEVER use again

Eagle and Corey(SP) worked all day to get us heat for the night and beyond. They removed the old heater and also the AC unit. They installed the new heater complete with custom sheet metal ducting to adapt to our HVAC system. They put tarps down to keep the floors clean. They were very courteous and explained the new unit controls and made sure that the new unit was properly calibrated. They did a great job cleaning up both inside and out. The AC unit will be installed when the new patio is complete. All-in-all, we are very pleased with the installation. Thanks guys.

They did a professional job on an old furnace removal. They showed up as quickly as possible considering the weather and they left two space heaters for a very cold night, so the wait for installation was bearable. 👍

Untrustworthy, reoccurring billing nightmare, pushy sales tactics.
Our toilet was not flushing, bought their annual plan. Tech came out, all he knew how to do was snake. Ran an auger which made it kinda flush, but he broke it, scratched up the toilet porcelain. He recommended replacement, gave a $1200 quote. I instead a peer at work said it's clogged water jets. $3 pack of straw cleaners + a harsh sponge to remove the black scuff marks, toilet is good as new for $3. The fact their plumber knew nothing about toilets except snaking was unsettling
Yearly plan perks: AC and Furnace checks + water heater cleaned out, some issues but the worst was every tech that came out left an estimate to replace something. If they continually push full replacement over repair how can you really trust them, our units are under 5 years old. Not very ECO!!
Also I cancelled the yearly plan but keep getting the run around, confirmed cancelled but still texts and emails threatening it will recharge.

They come with 2 people. One is a service tech the other is a salesman. All they wanted to do is sell us things we did not need. We had 2 other companies who came out and fixed our issues without paying them 12,000.00. These people are scammers.
