I hired Raol. He came out Thursday and gave me a quote. He said he would come back the next day and repair the problem. He texted me several hours and said the part hasn't come in and he would come back the next day. He never came back and won't return calls. Today is Wednesday. I wouldn't use this guy again and won't use Angi either. With Angi you can't talk to a representative and their review guidelines are difficult to follow.

The company response was very quick and they had someone at my house the same day. The men were polite and used shoe covers, but smelled heavily of smoke. I was told on the phone it would be a $59 call out charge, however, when Chris and Julian arrived, they said it was a $125 fee per item for them to troubleshoot. I thought this was too much, but they were already there so I had them troubleshoot 3 items and they couldnâ t find the problem with any of them. The fourth item they wouldnâ t even troubleshoot because they didnâ t know where to start. They just offered to replace all of my homeâ s can lights at $300+/each to â tryâ to fix it. I ended up replacing 2 outlets (which I donâ t think will actually solve my electrical problems) because I was already paying $125 for each outlet, I might as well pay another $50 or so and actually have something to show for it. My total was $575 and I didnâ t get anything resolved. They were quick to try to upsell me the new lighting, new outlets, a whole home surge protector and an annual service plan for my generator. At the end of the visit they begged me to leave a positive review and make sure to mention them by name so they could be recognized in the company. I almost couldnâ t believe they thought this was a positive experience for me! I will not use this company again.

The two technicians (Embrie and Jake) were very professional, friendly and careful. My ceiling was 18 feet high and they did a great job maneuvering the huge A-frame ladder so that there was no damage to my home. Very happy with the service and quality of work.

Excellent work by Joe and his crew. My insurance company was not going to process my claim until Joe called them and walked them through everything. My insurance agent called back and said the claim was improved and was very impressed by Joe knowledge and expertise.

They did a decent job installing the chandelier but there people skills/ customer service is terrible. The rep that came to my home attempted to do the bate & switch. 10/10 do not recommend. They also record you without your consent while they are in your home which is a violation of federal law.
