The tech charges me for an hour and a half only being there less than an hour I feel over charged and what electrician doesn’t have parts with them. Unprofessional unbuttoned shirt with chest hair showing around my kids. The way I felt was cheated because I don’t think I breaker for less than 1 hour should cost me $243.00

We had another company come in to do the same work and were told we needed a whole new electrical box (in a 10 year old house). A fuse blew. Electrical doctor came in and the repairman was done in less than 30 minutes. I called a friend who was told the same thing for her house. I'm keeping Electrical Doctor's card for both our houses!

They gave us a free estimate on the electrical work. They replaced the outlets in our home that had been flooded by tropical storm Harvey. The owner made a personal inspection and did part of the work. I felt we were in good hands and treated fairly.

They did the job in a timely maner and took care of the issue I was having, but my only issue is with how much they charged me. Otherwise they were a decent company.

I had to call and see if they were still coming. Eventually one of the tech showed up and fixed the panel in no time. He was prepared with parts needed with him. I paid $95 for each breaker I thought that was high but I needed my electric working so no choice. Overall I appreciate the work.

They were on time, but did sloppy work running the ground wiring. They did not return as promised to have my meter sealed.

They were prompt and extremely nice. Fixed the reported problem quickly. It did, however, turn out to be another problem also but they fixed what they were called for.
