Empire Custom Windows did a great job of repairing the balloon shades in my bedroom in my Upper East Side apartment. Their work was excellent and timely and the staff is very well-informed and polite. I would definitely recommend Empire Custom Windows for any of their many services.

I called Empire because my old motorized shades were not working properly. Eli was very responsive and came that day to look at them. After discussing my options, I chose to get new motors installed. Eli was able to come back the next day and install the new motors. They are MUCH quieter, rechargeable as opposed to battery operated and easier to program. Eli was responsive, pleasant and got the job done quickly. I would certainly recommend Empire.

Al was very efficient and timely in responding to my query. He was able to provide advice and support in making the selecting appropriate blinds/shades for the window. His team was polite and provided adequate services. I highly recommend this company.

After contacting Angi the company followed up with me and came back and repaired the blinds. I am happy and everything is working. He explained he was on holiday. I suggested moving forward, if he is going to be away rom work, it would be a good idea to leave a message on his business phone and a message on his email alerting clients when he will not be following up with them if he is away. I will update this review if there are any other problems.

I highly recommend Empire Window Treatment Center. Their customer service was great, and Al did an excellent job restringing two Venetian blinds for me. The work was completed ahead of schedule. Would definitely use them again.

I ordered wooden blinds for the living room and a roller shade for the bedroom. Eli, who came over to take the order (and later, with a helper, did the installation), was spot on in his recommendations for colors that harmonized with the decor. Everything was well-made, and the service was first-rate. A very professional operation.
