Bruno and his team are amazing to work with! The work is exceptional and very reasonably priced. We had a porch repair and power washing of our home and it was all done in a day! We are so very pleased with The Empire Company and will be hiring them for our future home projects and repairs!

These folks are awesome. They arrive on time as agreed, their work is very thorough and professional, and they are just nice people. I am very satisfied with their work on both the interior (prepping and painting the kitchen, pantry, laundry room, mud room, and bathroom) and exterior (powerwashing the entire house, and prepping and painting front and side porches).

High recommendations for all aspects of job (complete priming, scraping, wood replacement, painting, repair of exterior of house). The house had not been painted in a long time and it showed it. Bruno, the owner and sometimes crew member, gave a knowledgable assessment of what needed to be done in a walk-around inspection. He wrote out what he would do in a clear contract/proposal and stuck to the contract even though a lot of surprises showed up during the preparation process. The job was complicated by bad weather and rain but it never hindered the process or progress of the job. We also had not made a decision about the final color until the painting began. We never felt pressured to make a decision even when we had changed our minds from our first proposal - multiple colors rather than one. The crew was hard-working, friendly, professional, efficient. They didn't make us feel in the way or uncomfortable doing our activities while they were hard at work. Tireless workers. The price was fair and competitive. When asked, we have told our friends the price and they always said that they thought it would have been more. Excellent materials were used for the project. We have had the house painted before and the Empire Company performed many steps, especially in prep work, that had never been done to or considered for our house before. HIGH recommendation. No reservations.

— Absolutely Incredible! My name is Lucretia Cameron, and my daughter Jahnyce recently bought her first home. It had great bones and had only had one elderly owner since it was built — never mortgaged, well-kept, but completely outdated. We were excited to make it ours, but after dealing with multiple contractors who took advantage of us, we were devastated. Then we found Bruno and the Empire team, and everything changed. From the moment Bruno arrived — exactly when he said he would — we felt like we had known him forever. I have mobility issues, so my daughter met him at the door, and right away, we knew we were in good hands. I called on a weekend, and by Monday morning, he was at our home. **Tuesday morning, he started the job.** He promised the job would take 8 days — and it did. No delays, no excuses. The contract covered walls, trim, ceilings, wallpaper removal, flood damage repairs — and not only did he deliver, but he went above and beyond. Bruno painted doors, added doorstops, cleaned and polished our refinished floors, painted baseboard heating, and did a ton of extra detail work — all without charging a penny more.** His price was **50% less** than every estimate we received, and unlike other contractors, he didn’t ask for any money upfront. ( did I mention that his price also covered Benjamin Moore's paint! The quality of the work? Spectacular!!!. WOW...his team..His team — men and women!!! — were ALL equally respectful, skilled, and kind. The care they put into their work honestly brought me to tears more than once. This is my daughter’s first home, but my fourth — I’ve done complete renovations before, hired many contractors, added basements, pools, in-law apartments. But I’ve never met anyone like Bruno. We’re now getting our estimate next for the kitchen, and the basement. Then by the end of the year the exterior. We don’t have a big budget — just heart and determination — and Bruno has treated our home like his own. Bruno and his team of painters and carpenters did a thorough, meticulous, beautiful job of painting the exterior of our paint-challenged house. This team also resolves carpentry problems they discover while they are painting. Bruno acted as a general contractor as well, bringing in competent teams to replace gutters, deal with a failing roof, and address HVAC issues. Everything was done seamlessly and on time! We highly recommend Bruno and his Empire Painting team!

Excellent! Bruno and his team worked diligently. Bruno alerted me to structural issues but they didn’t delay the project. The porch looks great and more importantly is structurally sound!
