Overall Excellent Customer Service. I had received a huge water bill but didn't know what the problem was. Javon Green from The Evergreen Plumbing Company responded quickly as I was searching for a plumber. Then I was surprised when he scheduled me for an appointment the same day and less than 2 hours. He was prompt, professional and personable which really helped to calm my stress. He was thorough in checking all possible sources and was able to trace the source the problem. Went over what need to be done. I look forward to using the company/Javon again and recommending them/him to others.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement

I hired Javon to replace a water heater. I paid him over $1300, just recently I had my furnace worked on and the tech told me I had a hole in a pipe that was above the water heater leading to the water heater, I called Javon about this and all he did was give me an attitude and said it was not his responsibility and would not take care of this

I could smell the water. I could not find a emergency plumber. I was told to call Evergreen Plumbing. I spoke with Javon and he made me comfortable enough to wait for him instead of continuing to look for help. He came and did the job and it was correctly. I am please with his work.
