The technician was on time but the work performed took way longer than it should without real justification for it. The cost for this project went way above the original estimate.

"I am sorry you feel this way about the work that was completed. We try to be as forthcoming as possible and work with you throughout the repair to keep you up to speed with how much the repair will be (and reason for the price). Unfortunately, sprinkler systems are completely underground so we have to use our best judgement, from extensive experience, to best determine the most probably cause of the problem. Every once in a while, we might dig up the suspected problem and it may be worse that we thought before exposing it. We are a 5 star company and get very concerned when a client is only 3.17 stars satisfied. Please call to discuss."

I would recommend these guys again because they did a good job. The only problem I had was that they said parts that were broken and I paid to replace may not have been the issue at all. I had a bigger issue that was the cause of the leak that took a second call out to resolve

I would recommend this company. The techs were very knowledgeable and up front about costs. They did a wonderful job fixing my system and even found problems that I wasn't even aware I had. They cleaned up after themselves and checked all my sprinkler heads to ensure they were running properly. I would hire them again without hesitation.

The young man who did the work was very polite, respectful and knowledgable! He explained to situation then offered various solutions to correct the problems and let me decide which solution worked for me best. Then the owner dropped by to ensure that all had gone well. Overall, I could not have been more satisfied! I will be hiring them again next week to do some fence work for me. WELL DONE FENCE GUYS! Thank you!!!

They were prompt, had all the necessary equipment to find the dead zone in my yard and took photos of the necessary repairs. This is a rental home and I live out of state. They worked with me by phone and email. They were super !

They were very prompt and efficient. We had actually spoken to another company before and they never came out to help us.
