Work was good. Just was never when he woul show up to do the job.

Will not recommend.

paid a $1,000.00 deposit and my fence installation was scheduled for 8A this morning and he has not shown and he's not returning my calls

Unprofessional. Consistently late (hours not minutes), would give us an arrival time and when that time came and went, he would then give us another time, which he would then miss, and so on. Didn't return to remove posts shoring up fence while it set as was promised, left mess in mine and neighbors yards (i.e., cigarette butts all over property, dirty piles from post holes, small piles of now hardened concrete), pickets leaning (i.e., not perfectly vertical), asking for more money than contract specified, no quality control - numerous nails sticking out that 1) don't hold the wood in place as they missed their target and 2) beg for a lawsuit from the neighbor who gets stuck on one and I ended up having to fix despite me pointing this out to them, I had to point out to them that where they had posts set were on my neighbors property , and they left a large rut in lawn from their driving trailer off driveway. In short, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Did a great job!

The Fence Guy made several appointment times with me , then always ran late and sometimes never called. I asked for my original chain drive gate to be same size with wood,. The fence finally got finished, it looked good, then a month later when I tried to get my car through the drive gate it was too small. I called Fence Guy , he would redo gate if I paid him $200 more. No thanks, I didn’t feel that was good business.

Worked past dark to complete the work. Definitely takes pride in his work.

I believe he overbooks his jobs. He cannot stay on the job to get it done. Lots of excuses why he did not show up and will not keep the customer informed of when he will be there or not. At the end of the project he rushed the job and did not finish the gate as he originally said would be done. He said he would use 4×6 posts and he actually used 4×4's. The gate is weak. He did come back twice to try to make it right but the smaller post is not enough to support the gate.

Lots of excuses for starting the job late.

He responded quickly to request for repair. Made sure he understood what I was asking to have done. His price was extremely reasonable. When the team came back to do the job, they were quick & thorough. Nice to work with. Even made a few changes to be sure I got what I needed. The only reason I gave 4 1/2 on customer service is: this company is in demand and I think the Fence Man should allow more time --in case something goes wrong. He needs to communicate where the customer is in line for his service. Once he makes it back, he works fast. Yes, I would recommend this company.

They did not show up on the appointment and failed to call saying when they plan to reschedule. They did good work even though it did not start well.

He was great. Really takes care of business He stays busy and finished in no time at all

They came out to give me an estimate on a new gate and they ended up doing the job right then and there. I really appreciated that. These guys are good, fair and fast. Highly recommended.

They helped me plan for future upgrades.

He came that afternoon, spent 2 hours standing the wood fence back up after wind damage, looks like new, and charged a reasonable price. Absolutely GREAT. Very professional!

Much like the reviews, he did a great job. I am so happy to have a pretty fence again.

Keil did really good, quality work and went the extra mile by fixing a broken gutter downspout I had. Would've been 5 stars across the board but timely communication was difficult. He's very busy w/ little help which I think is why. If he's able to stick to a schedule he'll end up being the #1 place to go for fences and gates. Knows his stuff and delivers quality work.
