John found that the gas controller for the wall-mount heater was erratic and couldn't be relied upon for continued use. We are in the process of finding a replacement part. The Lopi fireplace gas insert was cleaned and serviced without difficulty.

Showed up early, replaced one part and a wire, cleaned the inside of the gas fireplace, painted the inside, put up a new gasket for the glass and did all this in two hours! Well worth the wait!
