Frazier makes a lot of promises that he does not keep. He said the job would take 6 weeks however it took 7 months. The workers failed to lock the lock Box with my house key in it :(

These guys were awesome. I had a contractor fixing some damaged sheetrock from a swamp cooler leak in the ceiling. The contractor immediately informed me of some mold he found in the attic, and told him that mold removal is out of scope of what he does. He recommended I get someone to check out the mold before he proceeded with the repair. The Flood Co. sent someone out in 2 hours, while the contractor was still there, spent 15 minutes doing a search in the attic crawlspace and gave the contractor the all-clear to keep working. I was given instructions on how to remove the mold with soapy water (it was a very small amount, only on the surface of the sheetrock). Paid a 95 dollar diagnostic fee and couldn't be happier.
