This guy had a very heavy smoke smell. Did not bring carpet scrubber, said that would cost extra but was included in the original quote. He kept changing the price and services that we had discussed over the phone. Added $50 to agreed on site price. Reduced it by $25 "if" I made check out to his name. 6 hours later carpet was very wet in spots. Two days later spots are returning. He wouldn't give me a receipt. Overall, the carpet does look better. But still the worst carpet cleaning service I have ever had in the past 25 years.

"We were told carpet was dark in color and not stained, we quoted fair price over phone. When arrived noticed carpet was white with pet stains all over it. We charged for Pet Stain and Odor Removal. Customer agreed and signed our receipt. After job complete carpets looked great, all stains removed and smell gone. Customer then was putting towls all over carpet, was advised by owner not to do this, due to fact it will delay dry times and cause a musty odor. Obviously customer didn't listen. We appreciate this customers feedback but in no way will we back this review as accurate. Thanks to all of our other honest Reviews"

We just bought a house and the carpets were atrocious, I mean REALLY bad. Sal did great work. While he, obviously, could not get every single last stain out, the carpets look a lot better. Will be using them again.

Wow! Sal was the ultimate professional who arrived on time for the appointment. He was courteous and listened carefully to my concerns about the carpet in every room. He performed the best carpet cleaning, using different attachments for those hard to reach areas. Most impressive is the handheld tool he used for cleaning the stairs. The carpeting dried quickly, including a thick wool area rug I have downstairs. My carpets are now as clean as they were when first installed. I will definitely use Sal in the future.
