Bathroom Remodel
Job was done to my expectations with very few delays. They are pros! They send specialists for every aspect of the project...tile, plumbing, carpentry, etc. they coordinate it all so the job is effortless for the homeowner. Also, very pleased with the price of the project. And, no expensive surprises!! Their bid is very competitive for the DFW area.

Highly recommended!! TFRS replaced our entire upstairs with wood (stairway), engineered hardwood (upstairs), tile (bathroom), and carpet (kids bedrooms). Everything looks immaculate and I suspect our home value increased a bit as well. Their communication and project management is top notch. We got to meet almost everyone in person at the beginning and they provided us with an entire and finish date up front. These guys are highly recommended... my wife and I have remodeled 4 different homes now and this was the best project overall, hands down! Highly recommended.

Amazing experience working with The Flooring and Remodeling Shop! The sales team and owner at the store are so friendly and everyone there seemed genuinely interested in helping us pick the right colors for our floors - including the owner. Never felt pressured or cheated. They are honest and truly care about what they do. Communication through the entire process was excellent!The workers at our house were also professional and did an excellent job. Renovation can be stressful but working with this company took out all the unnecessary stress that sometimes come with renovations and from working with other contractors. I wonâ t go with anyone else for future remodeling.

Bathroom Remodel
Overall I had a good experience using The Flooring & Remodeling Company. My only issues were with dimensions and not being told exactly what pieces or parts needed to have ready for the plumbers. The wrong size tile was ordered, but Sammy rectified it immediately, only pushed project back by 2 days. I love my new bathroom remodel for sure. I would use them again for another type of remodel but I would also want everything that was discussed during quote actually written down & get a â blueprintâ with actual measurements so thereâ s no questions later. Seems like we did go back and forth a bit about where things went. They were accommodating about most things. I compromised on a few things as well. Like the shampoo insert is way way smaller than originally discussed. In fact I wanted 2, and got one. They are good and honest hard workers.

Bathroom Remodel
I have used multiple contractors to do many, many projects over the years and I have found that only a small handful have I ever used twice. The Flooring & Remodeling Shop is one of them. They go above and beyond expectation, delivering quality craftsmanship at a reasonable price. Every one of the guys are professional and courteous from start to finish. They keep you informed every step of the way and are very quick to answer any and all questions. Building and remodeling are stressful enough, don't hire a contractor that will end up pushing you over the edge. Hire The Flooring & Remodeling Shop and sit back, kick your feet up and relax!! Because they'll take care of everything! Most stress-free project I've done!

We desperately needed to replace the carpet in our master bedroom, bathroom and closets with porcelain tile. We also wanted to remove the tub and shower and window and create a large, luxury spa-like shower. Sami and Danny helped us turn our dream into a reality! Our bathroom now boasts a beautiful, 10 foot shower and we have beautiful wood like porcelain tile throughout our master! It was a great experience and we will use them again on other home improvement projects in the future!!

I just used this company to replace my floor with solid wood and porcelain tile (it was ceramic tile before). From start to finish, I am very please with every phase in the process. They are very on time! Great communication with the scheduler Monica, Tom and Sami are very professional making sure you are happy with every step of the way. The installers are hard hard workers eventhough most of them speak very little English. It put tears in my eyes watching how hard labor they work wishing our children can be as diligent as they are and still smiling and chatting with each other. Overall, great work team!!

Very impressed with companyâ s professionalism. A detail schedule was provided at the beginning of the bathroom remodel and all went according to the scheduled dates. All trades were very helpful, courteous and made sure to put protection down on floors, etc. while coming and going through the house. Highly recommend this company for any remodeling needs!
