Dylan and Ricco were great. They cam in for a quote the day my water heater went out and were able to schedule within a day to come out for the work. They let me know exactly what to expect and they delivered excellent value and service. They were very personable and professional and cleaned everything up afterwards. Oh and this was on New Years Eve day that all the work was done. If they hadn't gotten it done we would have been several days without hot water for a family of 6 with 4 kids...So the experience was the best possible outcome given our situation and I had several quotes leading up to the water heater going out and The Flow Doctor offered the best value. Had an emergency floor (sewage) clog. Needed to have it taken care of before the Chiefs game on a Sunday. Dylan was here within a couple hours, explained what he was going to do, gave his his very competitive quote, and he went to work! He was finished in a short time and explained to me what the problem was and what to watch out for (potential future issues). It is so great to have found a plumber that is trustworthy and who understands what customer service is all about. I will only use Flow Doctor from now on! Thanks, Dylan and Haley!

If you are unfortunate enough to contact Covid-19 it is wise to immediately contact your doctor. But, if you wake-up in the morning to find that your water heater has failed and you are facing a cold shower â ¦. then I strongly suggest you call The FLOW DOCTOR! Not only were Dylan and Ricco responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable, but they arrived at our home within hours after I made the initial call. I was impressed with their overall knowledge as they assessed the situation. It was self-evident that the unit could not be fixed, so Daryl clearly explained replacement options, costs, and warranty information as it pertained to procurement and replacement of a new unit. Once I chose a replacement option, they procured and installed the unit of choice within 4 hours. Note: I did not compare costs in relation to other similar contractors, but I believe they offered competitive pricing and I would not hesitate to call them again should we have any future need of their services.

Quick response to provide estimate. Very detailed and experienced in every aspect of what needed to be done. Great attitudes. Enrolled in the membership program and now I have a plumber I can trust. Would highly recommend using them.

I was very impressed by Dylan, he listened to what we wanted done and explained everything thoroughly to us. He exceeded our expectations. He was very professional and I would definitely refer him and his company to our friends, family, and neighbors. I will also use his company in the future.

Bobby was excellent and told me what needed to be done and how much it would cost before any work was done. He also explained a few things to me so I would know what to do next time.

I had them relocate my toilet in the master bathroom. Everything was completed as expected and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. They did find a pipe that was leaking and were able to also fix that issue as well. They went above and beyond installing the new toilet even though it was not expected of them to do so.

They were fast to get to my problem and after we figured out what the problem was, they fixed it real fast! Thank you guys so much for all the help!
