Very prompt to schedule appointment window. Called the morning of to confirm arrival time and they arrived right on time. He was very knowledgable telling me how we had different time of locks on our different doors and laid out multiple options (we wanted all of our doors to use the same key) and was clear about the difference in price adding the extra services. They were quick and made it easy to change our locks for a good price. Highly recommend them!

I called in the morning, and they were able to come out within a few hours. I had two doors rekeyed (1 repair on lock) and a new door knob for the third door. The rep stated how much the majority of the work would be before working, however, he did not state how much the extra keys would be until the end. He worked quickly to have all of the door locks functioning and he was friendly. The total work took about an hour and the cost was reasonable. I would recommend them in the future.
