Olga is brilliant creative and super organized exactly what I needed couldn't recommend her more highly

I hired Olga, sight unseen, to help our relatives move into Florida from Ohio. She went to their home and got them unpacked, almost all boxes opened, and most of the items put in the appropriate places in an amazingly short time. She was efficient, so helpful, and such a kind person. Our relatives couldnâ t thank us enough for finding her. Since the initial visit, they have hired her back and may do so again, as needed. I am thrilled with having a connection to her.

Olga was amazing! The entire experience changed my life. I thought we were going to organize. Working together with Olga I purged and off loaded so much baggage. The process was difficult at times but she encouraged me to push through. My home is free of excess stuff.

This organizer was very upfront and pleasant to work with! She whipped my linen closet and laundry room into shape in just a few hours. I've been able to maintain her great work since! A really wonderful person doing really wonderful work!

They provide helpful advice for keeping organized after the project is done. I especially appreciate The Functional Space for their ability to take the project from being overwhelming to doable and even fun. I am already recommending them to my friends and neighbors.

If I could give ten stars, I would! This is a HARD job for anyone of any age to do well. It requires a very special skillset of being able to 'see' the potential in a space and then actually follow through in making it happen, allowing for flexibility and the homeowner's input, needs and let's face it 'attachment' to sentimental items. The Functional Space and Olga in particular, is able to deliver that and do it with professionalism, personality, efficiency, grace and style - not to mention the scorching heat of Tampa in the summertime (she totally cleaned, reorganized and disposed of donations, recycling and trash for a large three car garage, attic and laundry room area). Very good value for the money, on time and on budget. If you are lucky enough to be able to get her on your schedule, do not consider anyone else - you'll not regret it.
