Mr. Roberts repaired and refinished my antique rocking chair. It looks and feels just like it did when I purchased it fifty years ago. Plus the project was finished ahead of the projected estimate.

We hired these folks. Took them six weeks to do what they said would take ten days. He says 30years of experience, he let his wife finishes two of our pieces, she had never done any before( it look like it) could have given the project to a kindergarten class, they would have done the job in less time and done a better job. Found out halfway through the project...they don't even have a shop, or home. Work was being done in a hotel room. Now we have the furniture but they won't return our hardware. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy

My hero! Here was the situation: My husband and I ordered a sectional sofa for our basement, and the largest piece was too big to fit down the staircase (lack of foresight on our part). Furniture store would not take the sofa back. So, I called Dave and he was willing to take on the horrible job of disassembling the sofa to get it down the stairs. He came to our house during a bad storm on short notice. He spent a lot of time problem solving and investigating the construction of the sofa. He told us he would do whatever it took to get the sofa downstairs, including cutting the frame, but that he thought he could get it down in one piece. With very some fancy maneuvering, Dave and my husband got the sofa down the stairs. Dave did a perfect job re-attaching the piece of upholstery that he removed to investigate the construction. I was very happy with his work and greatly appreciated his expertise and help.

I reported having 2 recliners that needed to be repaired, but the repairman brought parts to fix only 1 recliner and now I'm waiting for him to return to fix the second one. Also, I thought the repair charge was a little high and I didn't get a receipt, or a copy of a work ticket or anything. Just his business card.

Initially I thought this was a small business that would pay special attention to my rocker which had great sentimental value. We emailed information about the project, pictures and agreed upon a price which was reasonable. unfortunately I was greatly dissapointed. During the entire time they had my rocker, it was extremely difficult to reach them. I would have to text and call multiple times before I could contact them. When they said they would get back to me with info, they never would. When they said it may be another 3-4 days, this turned into 2-3 weeks with no communication. I began to be concerned if I would ever see my rocker again. They forgot the color of stain I instructed them on. I was given any number of excuses for lack of communication but none were justifiable for a business who took on my job. Upon final delivery, the finished product was satisfactory but not exceptional. GLue had dripped down on one leg of the rocker, the bottom was totally unfinished with staples or nails protruding which could be hazardous when moving it. I accepted the finished project because I didn't want to send it back with them again not knowing what could happen this time. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I take this very seriously because I have to have a very poor experience to give a bad review.

When Dave finished the repair the upholstery was better aligned than 90% of the new recliner that I saw on the floor at various furniture stores that we visited. I would recommend the furniture fixer over anyone else that I have seen. He was the first and only repair service to call me when I signed up for the referral service.

Dave was very attentive to our needs. He double checked the stain color and came out to pick up and deliver our bar stools. Great service!

He got the power reclining chair working and is ordering chair parts for another regular non power recliner.
