Quality of workmanship is fair, however customer service is very poor. We always had to make the calls to check on progress, delivery was delayed because not enough fabric was ordered at the start. I was reasured that customer service would be improving, but too late for us unfortunately !

I called the Furniture Group and was scheduled an appointment for the same day. The response time for the repair was better than I had anticipated. The repair cost was very reasonable and the follow-up call was a shocker. Great customer service! Great repair work!

Friendly and courteous staff. Gave us the price quote for the repair up front, which was good. We were told there would be a 24-48 hour turn around time on our repair and return delivery, but we didn't receive our sofa back until a week and a half later. That was a little disappointing. But overall we were satisfied with the quality of our sofa repair.

We have hired this group to re-upholster two antique wing back library chairs and a pit sofa. So far we have received EXCELLENT customer service! Kerry really got a feel as to what we are trying to acheive through fabric and color. We will post how furniture turns out after job is completed! We will be starting job in about 3-4 weeks! Stay tuned!
