We've had them come to our house twice now for two separate leaks. Other roofing companies proposed replacing the whole roof or charging a large amount to fix a section of the roof without finding where the actual leak is or going into our attic. The GA Leak Detectives actually found the cause of our leaks and fixed them quickly for a fair price. They were very professional, and we are so glad we found them! We will be recommending them to all our friends!

They fixed the problem the same day and also fixed other areas. They also found a spot where animals could get into the attic and fix it for me. They were very thorough and discuss about why I had a leak in my roof. They are experts and the father has been doing this since 1975. Very great relationship between father and son. The son is Alfonzo and he is very good at communicating the issue and helpful. I highly recommend them. They give 1 year warranty for their work.

Alfonso is always quick to respond and goes over the needed repair thoroughly showing pictures of the damage and then of the repair. He doesnâ t try to price gouge. His pricing is quite reasonable. We have used him twice now and can honestly say that we highly recommend The GA Leak Detective!

I had a great experience with the Leak Detective. They were very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. They always answered the phone and provided before and after photos. I had an ongoing leak with a section of my roof and had several roofers that attempted to fix itâ ¦ none didâ ¦the leak kept coming back. Alas, the problem has been fixed. Prices are reasonable.

Best roof and leak expert I have found. They have fixed different leaks for me, and even reattached insulation in the attic they found that was bringing humidity moisture into my home and peeling the paint. Most helpful and knowledgeable, you just canâ t go wrong with the guys.

The GA Leak Detective owner, Alfonso, is professional, communicates effectively and is very detail-oriented in his approach and work. He and his crew were very easy to work with. His estimate was reasonable, and once I had accepted it, he was able to schedule my work soon afterward. He and his crew showed on time and finished the job on time. They cleaned up the area thoroughly, and collected all the stray nails. I was especially impressed that not only did Alfonso supervise the work, he also physically did a lot of it himself.
