Came early sometimes.

5.0 William B. Bloomfield Hills, MI

Technician arrived on schedule and did the work in the early evening professionally and swiftly.

5.0 Denise D. Troy, MI

They were very professional, contacted me right away. Showed up on time and fixed the problem. I would highly recomend this company.

Fast service, on Sunday! They were much costlier than other Pros who called me but they were the only one coming on Sunday. I paid $60 more than other Pros quote ONLY because my car was stuck in Garage and with broken springs, it was impossible to lift door safely. They charged $300 to replace two torsion springs. The technician was late for 10 AM to 12 Noon appointment and he called at 11:56 AM to tell me he was late, which is no big deal. He was courteous, just little rushed in stuff. He finished work in about half an hour to replace both my broken Torsion springs. When he removed spring, he came back saying, my Garage Drums are old and one of them has a broken chip which should be replaced and new quote will be $499!! I was stunned, I had checked little bit before I hired them and I knew pair of drums costs only less than $30, assuming they want more for their parts, that cant be more than $60 more! They wanted $200 for this when this does not include anymore labor! If I refuse, he had to put old drums anyways to put Springs, grabbing new drums from truck and putting them on rode instead of old drums would have taken max FIVE more minutes and they wanted about $150 more in labor for that. Now I understand if he came only for that. Charging extra $150 when you are already there and includes no extra time of labor is OUTRAGEOUS! So overall, they are good but just costly, so if you have no emergency then choose wisely with considering other pros too who could be cheaper if you hire them during workdays.
