Unbelievable doesn't even begin to describe my experience. From the time I discovered the spring was broken until the repair was complete took less than 90 minutes. Provided me with a full inspection of the unit, greased and lubricated all moving pieces (something I didn't even ask for -- this is what it means to go above and beyond), and of course replaced the broken spring. I had already researched the average cost for this repair and knew the quote he provided me to be both reasonable and fair. The Garage Door Protocol will certainly be recommended to all of my neighbors, and I would recommend anyone considering their services to not look any further.
