Am very happy to have called KJ for an estimate for our shattered large front living room window. He was able to give us an estimate at the time of the appointment. We had two other estimates from bigger companies and they took many days before we received their estimates. One company wouldn’t just do one window because the job will be too small. The other local company was quite a bit higher and the tech only spent a few minutes with us. We had to call them 3 days after to send us the estimate. Of course everyone of them realized we would appreciate a speedy replacement of our completely shattered living room picture window! Well, Glass Guru is a franchise and KJ is the owner & boss of this one. He’s a small business owner and he seems to enjoy his work and his customers. He was very fair in his pricing & honest about what’s needed to be done. Hence we have now given him a bigger job, replacing the other 7 big windows in our front! Glad we were able to locate somebody who’s reliable and reasonable.

My glass shower door shattered, and I did not have any idea of what to do. I made contact with KJ at Glass Guru, and he offered my options of repair or replacement. I liked that repair would be less expensive, but when they showed me a replacement option, that also was completely reasonable and that is the option I chose. KJ and his Associate are hard working gentlemen. They were on time, worked cleanly and efficiently, and I am very pleased with the outcome, a beautiful new glass shower door!
