We had window and door screens repaired. Work was prompt, customer service was helpful and respectful, and pricing was reasonable.

I had 3 windows and one patio door replaced that had all lost their seal. They were able to accommodate my schedule as I was preparing my house to be sold. The work was completed on time and budget and the quality was exceptional.

We had an appointment for 9 am. St 9:30, I called office when no one had showed. Was told "I was just about to call you" and they were running late. Initially told another 30-60 or so minutes but when pressed I asked her to check. Was called back and it was told time range that was consistent with that but that would be 90 minutes late. They actually came a little after that (maybe an additional 5 minutes). I was told there was a problem with a glass delivery by the office. I believe a bigger customer (ours was one window replacement) needed something first thing. It was inappropriate to be that late and me have to make a call to them. I did say I would recommend as they did a good job but would warn anyone about the time issue. We have another job we were considering them for and now will not.

I had (THE GLASS GURU OF GURNEE ) come over on july 29 2015 to caulk my 12 windows on my home they sent RICH to do the the job.he (rich) did a very terrible job. rich did the caulking from inside the house he did not use a ladder and could only reach so far, only one window out of 12 was done and it was nasty.I had to go a redo it right! called the the owner (TOM ROLAND) tell of the terrible job that was done or not done.TOM seemed to care more about the the MONEY than having a satisfied customer. I had to call GLASS GURU HEADQUARTERS to get him to come to look at the terrible job, tom agreed.I asked for a refund and got all but 100.00 back,i did pay for the lousy job that was done.TOM DID send over keith who did fix the 2nd story window that was not done correctly.i found out that the cheaper bid is not always the best choice. the worker RICH took my money knowing that the job was not done right!!

The guy that came out was very nice and skilled.
