It seems obvious that they would give an price before doing the work but it wasn't so obvious that it would be on separate days. Their required me to alter my daily schedule twice to get the job done. I'm under the impression this is a Home Advisor requirement. I understand that in a bidding situation two days might be necessary but it's better if I want to hire the contractor that the option would be to get the work done the same day to save everyone's time and effort.

They were quick. They were patient. The only complaint was the missed their appointment time.

Very good job and fast

Very quick, professional & polite. We had a 7' x 2' window replaced due to loss of argon gas. They were able to take the glass out without any breakage & the new window looks great. You can't tell any difference from the other 4 windows that are just like it.

I needed a kidney shaped mirror for an antique secretary. I made a poster board pattern and The Glass Guys cut the mirror as I waited. I can tell you that I was nervous if the mirror would fit as it had to be cut to perfection. When I got home the mirror slipped in perfectly and I should have never had any doubts. The Glass Guys were friendly, efficient and informative. I highly recommend The Glass Guys to anyone needing glass or mirrors replaced.

Cory was the installer. The only problem I had with Cory was his ETA. Yesterday at 3 PM was the original installation date. After two delays, I requested he install my mirror this morning. It was after 10:30 AM when it was installed. He did not have a paper invoice. I requested he email it, and as of this minute, nothing. Lacking a bit on the professionalism and delivery. Cannot comment on the price - I have nothing to compare.

Very quick response, easy to talk to. Cory's suggestions made a beautiful finished product. I didn't feel that he was trying to sell me something I didn't need and in the end his great suggestions made a fantastic looking mirror. I would recommend him again to anyone who is interested in glass work and I can't wait to use him again. Very reasonably priced for the quality of work. Great Job

I was contacted within 20 minutes of emailing the company, on a friday evening at 8 pm !! Cory, the VP of the company offered to come out the same evening to measure the patio door, which had been shattered by a BB gun. He was there in 30 mins,measured and taped the door, even offered to put in a temporary glass. I was very happy with the service, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars was due to communication. The updates on the order were a bit slow in coming and usually initated by my inquiries. Other then that, great company, great work. Would definitely use them again and recommend .
