"Thank you for your review and your business! We enjoyed the project and were happy complete it in a way that satisfied our client!"
"Thank you for the great review! It was a pleasure to work with this client! They were clear in what they wanted and we were able to begin the project within the client's schedule!"
"We appreciate all the feedback that all of our clients give both positive and negative as it helps us grow and improve. At the time of this review, we had actually spoken with this client's spouse on two occasions regarding repair of the drain and planned to come for the repair as soon as the rain stops (we have had an unusual amount of rain lately). The repair is an easy fix and hopefully, the review will reflect that in the coming days."
"We enjoyed every step of the way and love working with clients who are interested in the process! Thanks for your review!"
"Thank you for the positive review! We are more than happy to take care of anything you need in the future!"
"We are certainly troubled and surprised by this review. We completed our project proposal including details of labor and fees and it was accepted by the homeowner. She paid in full up front, which is not a requirement for our services. She was informed that we would be back to remove stakes and forms in several days when the concrete was completely dry to ensure stability. She complained about the cost of the concrete, which we do not supply but have homeowners pay directly with concrete vendors. Her labor was very inexpensive and she requested extra work to be done while we were on the property, which we completed with no issues. Perhaps this complaint related to cost is more directed toward the concrete vendor which did charge her several fees including the cost of concrete. However, we are not connected with that company in any way."
"Anytime we get a negative review, it is troublesome for us. We did all we could on this project. When we left we recommended maintenance to keep the beds looking as they did when we installed all the plants. The beds were completely re-outlined and renewed at the beginning of last summer (2017). Unfortunately, with no regular maintenance (either through company such as ours, or done by the homeowner) flower beds will get weeds within a year and bed lines (without some bed boundary like stone or plastic edging) will begin to fade. We want every client satisfied before we leave, unfortunately we can not control what happens in the months following.....We warranty our plants in case some die (as they do sometimes), but the home owner had pre-purchased all the plants from another vendor and we could not warranty those he lost during transplant. This client was satisfied at the completion of the project and it is our policy to take all forms of payment including credit cards though we prefer cash to reduce the need for collections. UPDATE: We spoke with Mr. H. regarding this review as we take our reviews very seriously. Mr. H. remembered the work that was performed at his residence and agreed that he had not performed the recommended maintenance during the previous year to maintain the beds. He was reminded of the work preformed and responded positively to the conversation. Customer appeared satisfied after our final contact."
"It was a pleasure to work with his home owner. We made contact within a few hours of his request and were able to complete the project within 2 days!"
"Thank you for your review! We were glad we could get this project completed so quickly for this home owner!"
