Great Construction Company

This service pro took my money, had not finished my project, he is been putting me off for the past 8 months and lately he had not responded to any of my comunincaton

They were hired to do two roof and two chimney repairs over a year ago. They never finished the chimneys, the chimney caps were not correct and I they installed two different ones, one being the old damaged one. I was advised they needed be measured and ordered. That was 9 months ago. They replaced a porch roof and removed all the gutter guards. When questioned why they said they would be replaced by them at no cost to me. They have never been replaced. Then there was the big project a slate roof. I gave them a huge down payment for the and 8 months later no roof. I cancelled the job, They will not take my calls. However through text, they have said I will get my deposit back, it's been months. Meanwhile, I have waterfalls due to the roof in my home. Been leaving with my attic empty and all the stuff in my home for a year. The dumpster they rented was left in my yard for 8 months. I received citations from my town and I had to find out who they rented it from to return it.

I have been searching for a reliable company for a while. They came on site in a short notice for an emergency I was having. Once the storm was done they came in a timely fashion and completed the job. Very happy with their service

Searched on google for a roofing company and I really liked their name and when I spoke with them on the phone they were very professional, they showed up the same day and took care of the leak within the time frame they told me they will, the roof hasn't leaked ever since.

I was having a roof leak and had multiple contractors come by and were not able to do anything. Called The Great Construction and they found where the leak was and they were able to fix it.

The Great crew was great. Very satisfied with our new GAF shingle roof. We were told that plywood might be an issue and when roof was removed, & indeed plywood was in terrible condition. They completed the job in two days. Finally i can sleep comfortable even knowing theres a storm outside.

They cleaned out my chimney. They found that the metal cap on top of the chimney was rusting and starting to separate. Replacement saved me a potentially serious leak

I hired Great Construction for two jobs now, and both were perfect. Cleaning gutters and installing an extra downspout.

The work was expert, the job was done as promised and the pricing was competitive. You will not likely find a more trustworthy and dedicated person that Dennis who walked me through the repairs and showed me videos of everything he found and corrected. Great guy, great company. Have arranged for them to repair my old chimney as well, because I trust them.
