Edwin painted my kitchen, eat in kitchen and family room. Walls a gray and the trim a gloss pure white. He and his team arrived on time, went to work and finished as planned. My living area is like new now. Edwin did a great job so Iâ ll be trying hime on a major small bathroom refresh - replace tile, toilet, vanity and associated hardware. Paint in same color scheme of gray and white. Iâ ll review that when done. Highly recommended!

Edwin knows his job and is excellent to work with! He did an excellent job in powerwashing the bottom half of my end townhouse. He is very hard-working and finishes the job in a very timely fashion.

He takes the time to listen to what you want done, then gives recommendations and options. Once we agreed on what I wanted done, he also explains in detail exactly how the process will work. I have hired Edwin many times and referred him to dear friends and neighbors. He knows what he is doing, can do pretty much anything, is a pleasure to work with, his prices are reasonable. He has painted, repaired lights, built a cedar fence, installed a hose holder on brick, removed a mirror glued onto a whole wall and repaired and painted the drywall/wall, installed a shower curtain, power-washed my bricks, repaired a kitchen floor, installed large water filters, repaired kitchen cabinets - I have lost track of the many things he has done for me. Recommend highly!

I'm so happy I hired Edwin to take care of numerous handyman projects -- everything from painting a large family room and hallway, to weeding, to patching walls and painting, to fixing grout issues that a previous contractor messed up. Probably the best contractor I've found through Home Advisor, and I will definitely be hiring again for future handyman tasks!

Mr. Edwin Soto was not only very professional, but punctual and a pleasure to work with as well. I first hired Edwin finding his name randomly on Home Advisor maybe a year ago. Then as now (mid-December) he did an excellent job. The work was pretty straightforward but a large painting and furniture alignment were needed for this last set of tasks.

Edwin was great- professional and did excellent work! We were in a bind to get our project done asap, and he was able to be there within 24 hours of us calling! Quality repair done in a timely manner- will definitely call again!!

I cannot recommend Edwin and his crew highly enough! I have used them for lawn maintenance for quite some time and the attention to detail is terrific. Edwin's rates also are incredibly reasonable. This year I hired him to landscape my front yard, which was a mess. He cleared out the weeds, trimmed the hedges, and planted a lovely variety plants. Again, all for an incredibly reasonable price.

I have relied on this company to mow my lawn in Arlington for two years now, but they also excel at carpentry work. Edwin just repaired a section of rotted wood near the garage of my circa 1920's house. He removed all rotten wood and did a beautiful job of replacing, caulking, and painting the wood and trim. He is a perfectionist and the finished job is great.

I recommend Edwin and his crew highly!!! They were fantastic. Edwin came for an estimate the day I called him and completed the work less than 5 days later. I had a LONG LONG list of projects and continued to add more while Edwin was already on the job. Edwin switched out exterior lights, remove and installed a water valve and new dishwasher, installed a new track for folding doors, built a new gate for exterior fence, painted a basement office, took down 2 fans and installed 2 new ones, hung a shelf, removed molding on a customs screen porch and re screened and rebuilt frame and painted, cleaned an interior and exterior deck and stained both, aerated, added top soil and seeded our front and back lawns. We can't say enough good things about all the work that Edwin and his team completed. They were efficient, fast, very tidy and extremely polite. Thank you

Edwin (the owner) has completed many projects at many different properties for the owner. He is always courteous, on time, and very knowledgeable. His way of doing business includes the idea that after he leaves the property with the project complete, except for what is new or repaired, you wouldn't even know that they had been in the property. Edwin (owner), was very kind, profession, prompt, and knowledgable of the work involved. He was prompt and eager to start and complete the job. In addition, Edwin was patient while working with my HOA's meticulous approval. The final results of the exterior paining, wood treatments, and brush removal was excellent. Finally, the job site was left in a very clean after completion.

I hired Edwin for yard cleaning work including mowing the lawn and blowing leaves. He gave me a quote at the same day when I called and came to work quickly. He did great job and I would hire him again for other projects.

I have used Edwin for handyman service and lawn service. He does a great job - power washed and painted two cement porches and railings, power washed and finished a deck and he has other things on my "to do" list. Recommend him highly. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ NOV 29 2017 Edwin is a handyman that seems to be able to do everything. I had him install bathtub faucets, shut off valves. He also repair some tile and replaced the tile soap dishes that had broken.

The main task was painting interior walls, it was done in a very professional manner, additionally I fofor kitchen and shower.und them equally competent re-freshing cabinets (painting) and installing new faucets .

He showed up, was very nice, did the work and did it well. Edwin is going to be my go to guy from now on.

They installed a through-the-wall A/C unit that I bought and did it exactly as specified. Very professional job.
