The owner was present and hands on during the whole processes.

They had good service. They did a good job.

They are very responsive and courteous. Offered a lot of information. Unfortunately I had to reschedule the initial appointment and cannot truly rate the service nor end result of job. Although if their results are like the initial customer service and courtesy put forth, I will definitely boost the rating w/ more stars.

This the WORST experience I've ever had! Hands down Green Bee Restoration is fair in their prices but everything else is unprofessional & appalling! I was quoted $1975 to do drywall work for a master bedroom and hallway,remove wooden panels in a hallway, remove & install new carpet only in the master bedroom & paint. The total I paid was $2034 as they charged a 3% fee because I needed to use credit card. The issues started on the same day of the project (September 24th) and escalated. I didn't even tell the contractor that he left my wooden blinds laying on my porch because I didn't think it was too big of a deal at the time but boy was I wrong! As the project started last week, I watched in horror for 3 full days as these so called professionals walked on and worked on my new carpet on the staircase of my hallway. When I noticed white clusters of substance on my carpet, I informed him of it as well as the white substance that was poured on my bush and splattered on my porch. Contractor did clean up the splatter & apologized and stated that the white stuff would come off the carpet with water but he would use a material to cover the carpet. He stated he was going to also his carpet cleaning machine to clean it all up. What professional contractor would start a project & NOT cover the carpet? We only agree to keep the bedroom carpet uncovered as that was going to be replaced. Another issue I addressed to the Contractor is he chipped off pieces of my base board around another bedroom While working. He stated he would replace that. Mother stayed at home while these guys would come & go and report to me daily what she saw & experienced. Absolutely unprofessional & appalling to hear that my mom had to tell the workers to please don't leave the door open while working & close it herself. On one of the days, the younger worker arrives around 8:30am but leaves around 9am and doesn't say anything to my mom! She found out because she heard the door close & his car gone! On Mon, Oct 1st when I asked by when would the project be done since it's now in the 2nd week, he told me by Wed, October 3rd and he was bringing workers to come help. The first week it was only the contractor & a younger guy doing the work but at times just the younger guy left to do work because apparantly the company truck broke done! Contractor told me he would be back in the evening of Wed, Oct 3rd to do the final walk through. On Tuesday, Oct 2nd after realizing the quote for the carpet was limited, I asked to get the $475 refund as we didn't further talk about what his quote price intailed. He said he was ok with that and would give me check or money order. When I got home on Oct 3rd, I was furious! I, found my wooden blinds back but is missing the wooden top frame (I paid good money for that!),there's paint on my carpet stairs at the edge of each staircase let alone the white clusters I found before and the frame for the light switch wasn't installed!! I experienced a good service call with Green Bee Restoration with a fair price.

Mold removal was perfect and rebuild of cabinets was better than before.

I hired them for bathroom reconstruction. Could not follow instructions, very messy, broke a medicine cabinet & and vanity top, could not install a door. Used vanity top as a work bench and bath tub for storage, spilled paint on wood furniture, rug, bed then grabbed my towels to clean it up (4 ruined), poor workmanship. License is suspicious, asked for insurance company name to file a claim and so far has refused to give any information, but has threatened to sue me if I don't pay him the balance of the project. Project was supposed to be done by 04-19-18 and is still not done.

Work was well done and a Two other projects were addressed and fixed.

Nice Guys and Good pricing. When asked to do a little extra work here and there, they did it with no questions asked and with no extra charge. Very personable.
