We hired this company back in 2017 for my elderly invalid Mother who has 24/7 caregivers taking care of her. At first, the Green Clean Effect s cleaning was terrific and I gave them a positive review. When we hired them, we felt they be honest, hardworking, and dependable. As time went by, the team of Kayla and Cory seemed to be more distracted building their business and growing it to more areas. They wanted to come other days than the ones convenient to my Mom. They were constantly wanting to change the day and time which was hard for my Mom. I had to keep telling them what day Mom had wanted and for them to stick to it. They had agreed in the beginning to the two of them always doing the cleaning and not substituting people like so many other companies do...(Just as you get someone trained to know what you want, then new people show up that do not know your personal preferences.) They knew the way Mom wanted things done, but kept changing... i.e: Mom wants her floors mopped with a mop and bucket of water... not just one towel pushed around with a push-squeegee dragging the same dirt over all the floors. When the Green Clean Effect started cleaning my Moms house, they took time to do a good job. My Mom s house is 4000 square feet with an upstairs and downstairs. The plan was to clean the upstairs and downstairs one week and two weeks later to just clean the downstairs...then two weeks later both up and down...two weeks later downstairs... etc. etc. etc. Lately, they have been rushing through the job more and more. Last time they came, the two people cleaned both floors in this 4000 square feet home in 1 hour. It is impossible to do a good job in 1 hour. I called the owner and she discounted the price by $30.00. They rush in and rush out. Different ones of the family have set up little signs in the house to prove that they are not cleaning what is expected or what they say they are cleaning. When asked if these things were done, they stated that they were, but we had proof that they were not. This has happened repeatedly. We are no longer going to use them since they seem to care more about growing the business in other states and traveling back and forth to them rather than doing quality work and honoring the commitments they made to their earlier customers. In sharing with others our experience with this company, we have come to the sad conclusion that they have just been taking advantage of my elderly Mom and taking her money in performing a sub-standard quality job.

Very thorough and respectful. Cleaned everything for me even when I asked for more. Deep cleaned - never had it done before. Very inexpensive.

I have never felt so “clean” in my life! Love this sweet couple! After scheduling on a Thursday, due to power outage, came back on Saturday to complete the job. Everything done professionally...and they work so well together. I am definitely using them hopefully on a biweekly schedule in the future!!

Kayla & Corey arrived when expected, they started working right away and continued until the job was done. They left my home sparkling clean, I would recommend them to anyone. Their friendly, polite, trustworthy and conscientious. You can't find that too often now aday's. I give them 5 Stars, their hard workers.

Kayla, exceeded my expectations based on others that have come to my home. The deep clean, they get behind and under all furniture, my ceiling fans were cleaned by hand. The normal clean... they come in, clean do minor organization and my house smells great when they leave. There are others who simply disappear never to be heard from again which is strange because our home is easy to clean.

Kayla and Corey are an amazing team who really care about the job they do. My house was cleaner than it has EVER been! Every baseboard, every surface, every inch of it...clean! They used an organic cleaner mixed with their own special blend of essential oils, which left a beautiful, subtle scent. My house and I are grateful for this caring, conscientious team. As a result of this experience, I asked them to come back on a regular basis.

She's not dependable. When she shows her work is good. She makes appointments and then doesn't show and never calls to say anything. Poor business practices!!!
