The Green Rhino Construction, LLC

Alejandro is a top notch businessman. He does not beat around the bush nor is he wishy-washy with his answers or his time. He advised me on my questions with authority, he knows his stuff. For example, when we were discussing supplies he said he needed 25 bags of 80lb concrete, I thought to myself, I'll kill myself picking that up, he said he could just order a yard and have it delivered. In the end he bought the concrete bags and his guys brought them in, I bought more and they used all of it. The result was a fantastic concrete pad and brick step entry to my studio. Alejandro was first to respond to my job posting, he was first to give me a quote and was fast to act on his work. By the time I got callbacks from other providers just to talk to me, he was already onsite working. He did not ask for any money upfront on a $4K job which was a renovation of my tuff-shed building. When it came time to pay him, he said he took all forms of payment and I handed him a check which he was ok with. He was up front with me and very direct on every aspect of the job. He was onsite every morning at 7am with his lead guys and called me every time he needed additional supplies. He advised me on where to go to get best deal even for bricks! When I got additional sheetrock, bricks or lumber, his crews unloaded it for me. What a lifesaver for my aching back. I saw one of his guys pick up 8 or 9 full length 2'x4's, made me tired just looking at these guys work! Each of his teams did their specified task in an orderly and efficient manner. Job was completed on time and I'm extremely happy with the results. I can honestly say in all my time dealing with construction crews, this is by far the best experience I've ever had. I will hire him again for my future projects. If I had to say anything that would be of help is to make sure your design is 100% what you want before you commit because his teams move fast, very fast!! I made some changes to my electrical layout and he had his crew take a break so I could finish my changes. Make sure you speak Spanish because while he speaks English and Spanish his crews do not speak hardly any English. Also make sure you provide a place for waste disposal, I did not know this or I would have rented a dumpster or low-boy. As a home-owner, weekend warrior myself I could have done more homework before starting. I won't hold that against him or his company, they did exactly what they were hired to do. Perfect work from a perfectly aligned work effort. Don't waste your time with other contractors, hire these guys for your construction, framing, rough-in projects, apparently he does concrete and fencing too!!

Alex is a very honest and a man of his word. He was very professional on the job and provides great craftsmanship.
